there's Ultimate Zantetsuken when you fight Barnabas on the ground

I assume there is one, right? Similar to FFXIV, Barnabas has a charge attack that you have to interrupt before he does it, and I assume this is an insta death, but I didn't have the change to have that footage myself so I followed and saw only succesful attempts to it. I'd love to check that one out ! :D

Nothing cooler than getting a Zantetsuken to finish off your enemies. Although yeeting a Spear into space to land in front of you is pretty badass, too.
If you wonder about the order is not chronologically, it's because I just put the same series together and put the spin offs at the end. Also, I'm sure there's many other instances of Ifrit's appearence, such as other spin offs or mobile games the likes of Before Crisis, Brave Exvius, Record Keeper, XII:Revenant thingy, Theathrythm etc etc but didn't want to fill that too much and left the ones I find the cutest.
But feel free to call me out on my bs and add the ones you thing it deserves to be included on it.

Yeah that is fair; I missed many others too but I didn't want to be too repetitive and the vertical screen of BE made it awkward to fit sorry 😅

I was pretty disappointed in Clive's Zantetsuken. It's nice for killing groups but it does very disappointing damage to bosses.

Oh that's interesting, I've seen people mentioning how they used it to reach high damage numbers during staggers but I didn't think if it's for normal enemies or some big baddie. It certainly looks pretty tho

@DroShawoluv very possible I'm doing it wrong. But I found Gigaflare far more useful 1v1

​@@specialnewb9821the problem with gigaflare is the cooldown. If you play it correctly you can do 9 zantetsuken in a single stagger and deal 2 mil damage. I never managed to get it that high but I managed to do 900k with 4 zantetsuken and 2 gigaflares

@leonardoasaro1832 Yeah I definitely can't do more than 2 in a stagger bar. But then I've never been very good at DMC style games. I assume the high numbers are rift slip oriented set ups?

@@specialnewb9821 yup, that and phoenix ult and shiva ult due to long animations, which means that the cooldowns go faster and you can do more ults
