That scratch stiff test for canteloupe I've never heard of. Good way to test it though, thanks for that tip. All those fruits with color, cantaloupes, papayas, mangos, watermelons, are all favorites. Bananas are good for on the go.
I'd have to say cantaloupe is definitely at the top of my list of favorite fruits, but really whatever fruit is at it's peak of ripeness is my favorite. A perfectly ripe mango is like heaven, but they are far and few between.
I blended peeled cantaloupe with seeds with Sunfoods raw protein powder and 1/2 cup almond milk and honey in vitamix. Added some adaptegen herbs for my brain. Viola
Your videos are awesome, I love your energy! My favorite raw food is zoodles for sure, but you have to put a zucchini through a spiralizer so my favorite grab and go is tomato. I can eat them whole. I love them.
My fave fruit lately has been strawberries and for raw veggies I LOVE yellow peppers! I eat the whole pepper like an apple and my co-workers think I'm a bit crazy. They always ask why I don't get a dip for my veggies, but that would just hide the awesome flavor of the vegetable!
and a fav juice I call the 50/50 (cuz it tastes like a 50/50 ice cream sorta to me) - Cantaloupe, Pineapple, Orange, Carrot, Ginger. Heavenly Juice combo! I've also sub'd with mango, apples, and its till divine!
I'm on the go a lot so.... Quick/Travel foods: Grapes, Banana, baby Tomatoes, Avo, Figs & Dates. I used to go on long hikes w/Dates & Dried Figs & Pumpkin seeds, highly sustaining - But the fav's are Mango, young-Coconut, Pineapples. Passion.... ok nearly all tropical. I need to move to Maui
Steve T Crider lol I understand they are intimidating. I actually didn't eat on until I was 29 yrs old!! I am from Upstate NY where they didn't sell Mangos and moved to Las Vegas at 29.. the first one I tried was too hard, second one was totally mushy and then the third was perfect. Heres how to peel like a pro... Cut the mango along the seed in the center. ... Take the smaller portion that you cut off and find where the flesh meets the skin. 3. Align that part with the edge of the glass - and push! There you have it. Consider your life changed!!! lifehacker.com/how-to-peel-a-mango-in-under-10-seconds-1603398060 You should be able to smell the Mangos through the house if you have a perfectly ripe one and its a wonderful thing. Go enjoy one alone or with smoothies.
Cantaloupe, watermelon, strawberries and kiwi. I could eat cantaloupe all day long! :) My two dogs love veggies; I cannot peel, cut or slice cucumbers, carrots, green beans or raw potatoes (I'm not fully raw) without those two running into the kitchen and whining. My older beagle will dig her nails into the sides of my legs like she's in a panic for cucumbers and green beans almost like a junkie for their drug fix. Love my baby girls. :)
My favorite fruit is the mango. Mango for the win! Bananas make a close second. You are correct...this is the simplest way to eat! And yummy!
Dawnya Wineinger the mangoes again....hate peeling them.

Wandering Vegan thanks! My favorite tomato is the Roma
Steve T Crider I will say I also put cilantro in and on everything. juice, wraps (raw of course), zoodles, my favorite.
Wandering Vegan I use cilantro sometimes, but I don't like things very spicy and to me cilantro makes things spicy. It's very good for you though
Steve T Crider aw man, I love spicy food but sometimes I overdo it and ruin food... and then I'm pissed lol
Wandering Vegan lol
Watermelon and Jackfruit!
KarmaJunkie413 interesting...I have never tried jackfruit
Steve T Crider Hi Steve. Highly recommend trying the jackfruit if you get a chance. It tastes like juicy fruit gum :-)

EasilyChanged yeah, I'm the person who likes to have something on my veggies, either a vegan ranch or hummus.

LiveForGod JoAnn loves mangoes, but they are a pain in the neck to cut up. My favorites are cantaloupe and watermelon.

LiveForGod oh, good idea!
