Why You Can’t Exercise At The End Of The Day

  • We all have a finite amount of working capacity, both physically and mentally. So when we skip out on exercise because we are too tired - it means that we we’re filling it with things that are much less important.
    do the things that contribute to your growth, health, and happiness first. Because once those things are complete in the morning, no one can take it away from you at the end of the day.

    Yes, I go for walks now right after dinner and park further away. And walk at least 1 hr on Sat & Sun. I enjoying walking and clearing my head not thinking about nothing. Just enjoying life.

    I also work out after my kids are in bed. I’m a night owl and this hasn’t changed. Even after 2 kids. I hate waking up in the morning 🥲 like just let me sleep 🥲

    Yup that's me every night but at night is the best time around everyone's schedule and mine otherwise I would only be able to work out weekends only
