    Hi Stripey.
My name is Dean, and I’ve watched your channel for quite some time now and videos have always been a way for me to relax and brighten up my days as a younger boy. Still ‘till this day I’ve admired your channel. I am a big fan of The Beatles and do my best in collecting almost everything they distribute, even their unofficial works. Thank you for your videos.

Thing i don't get is how they manage to sell a lot of there single albums at 3 for £55 coming to less than £19 a record. For some albums that's cheaper than amazon! How can they sell them for that price then justify £38 for some single albums!

Great video and not the only one of this kind on youtube. When you think of the millions of pounds made out of these Beatles albums since the 1960's they should be the cheapest on the market. This is a bubble that I think will come crashing down as I can't see these prices lasting.

I've never bought a vinyl in 25 years only cds, for me it's the only shop I can get to being on the level, because I'm wheelchair bound, the other shops that sell vinyl s are normally in basements with no lifts in Newcastle. Luckily I already have three quarters of beatles albums on vinyl I bought in the 70s, now the rest is made up with deagostini vinyl bought on ebay for about 25 pounds each still shrink wrapped, at least deagostini have done some good, as for h,m,v,s, no way because of the prices you shown on your video I've known for awhile anyway, like you said h,m,v, need to buck their ideas up or they may go bust for good ps nice videos your doing keep up the good work.

Ultimately HMV will be in the same position as they have been in before and people will think they are losing their jobs yet again. All because the people high up think that charging so much means more money for them. Completely oblivious to the real world. If these records were reasonably priced they'd be flying off the shelves and then they restock and get more in and on and on. Their profit margin is set way too high. They'd make way more money charging less because they'd sell more. When the business is on the rocks again THEY will be safe though. They always are. They can also afford their overpriced items. Certainly and this music is antiquated to the point now there's no reason to believe anything is truly rare other than condition.@@tone7784

Disgraceful pricing. Even the Amazon prices make the DeAgostini sets look like great value now mate. It was worth us all going through the pain on that one 😅
So glad I got the mono lp set and Let It Be Naked before they went out of print and off the scale. Us Beatle fans really are just seen as a cash cow

It was a pain collecting through DeAgostini, but they records were a great price mate, but it was a pain 😆
I wasn't collecting vinyl when Let it Be Naked was out (I'm hoping they do a reissue) and I didn't get the mono set, but the mono Revolver in the boxset is a little gem, I'm hoping they carry on doing that in future sets, but I doubt I'll be getting them from HMV 😉
      cheers pal
