I miss more walking videos, I know that most watched are: ABS, waist, but it was walking videos that attracted me to this channel, because it was something new, fresh. I hope for more and thank you for this video.
After 2years of mental breakdown and depression and food and pain disorders I managed to complete it and I'm so proud ! I will try my best to do it every day! I feel much better now

This was awesome! I’m ridiculously sore today, especially my legs. I wanted a workout that would get my blood flowing, but not strain my already sore muscles. This was it! I’m drenched in sweat so I know I got a good workout.
This is absolutely my new favorite LISS workout 👍 It was fun, uncomplicated moves, great music 🎶 and left me feeling happy and energetic at the end. 🤩 Brilliantly done👍👏💕

The exercises are top, the music is super. But sometimes I feel like the music and the video aren't synced to eachother. I appreciate the other workouts on your channel more.
Workout #2: Once Again a perfect Sunday walk... 1st I did this ab and thigh workout ruclips.net/video/WcA7cbJxf-o/видео.html which was more intense so they balanced each other out... I consumed 32oz of water for this workout and so far I am 64oz towards my gallon... According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned 398 calories and completed 4,105 steps... My green smoothie today is Spinach power greens pineapple banana kiwi & flax oil blended with water... I hope everyone has a super Sunday!
