There are many ways to imitate the sounds of samba using our voices and this series will cover a few of the more common ones, so you can make samba even when you don't have drums.

how is this "ta ca chi ka" Method called? I found some methods of vocalisation... but nothing about this ta ca sybils...

This doesn’t really have a formal name in the brazilian world. Academics might call it onomatopeia, referring to words that sound like their meaning. Drummers in brazil are just accustomed to emulating the rhythms with vocal sounds
