Paring the New Spine Leather

This is the next step in the rebacking process. The edges of the leather must be pared to lay inconspicuously under the original leather on the sides and for the head and tail turn-ins.
Aaand I want to apologize upfront for the lame comment about left-handed paring knives. It was unintentional but uncool.
