    NewJeans need to accept ADOR's offer to meet and discuss the issues, as well as plans for their comeback and world tour. The reality is that they're still under contract with ADOR for five years, and their grievances don't amount to breach of contract. We all know that MHJ is still coaching NewJeans on what to say and do!

      This would be best.

    • @Guitar_Smasher

      @CapitalVictims Agreed. It's really their only option! ADOR needs to add another lawsuit against MHJ for third-party contract tampering. Something has to be done about her meddling! Maybe a judge can issue an injunction or restraining order preventing MHJ and NewJeans from communicating! 🐇

    Well the members said "the contract is terminated and Ador has no right to interfere in our business". Therefore why should Ador care about Hanni's visa status. Anyways i know they are doing it to ensure no contract breach on their side.

    very true... as a foreigner, if she lets her work visa expire, she could get kicked out and face a penalty. However, if she is smart and doesn't break any rules, then as long as another agency sponsors her work visa she is alright.

    • @damiii-l1i

      @@MyHandle4455 If another agency sponsors her work visa, that's a breach of her exclusive contract with ADOR. Ador also needs to sign the transfer documents.

      I’m going to guess if another company tries, ADOR and the government will point out that she was there “illegally”, which could prevent them from getting a new visa.

    The ministry responsible has dropped the ball on this matter. Hanni has publicly rebelled. So, contract valid or not, her visa should be canceled.

    She can just go back to her own country and reapply for a visa once shes freed from her exclusive contract or she must apply for another agency under an enetertainment scope not limited by her exclusive contract. There's eorse things then taking a bit of a break. I dont think this will be the straw to break their rebellion... i do however not condone this contract breach situation.

    • @CapitalVictims
      @CapitalVictims  6 минут назад

      She can't reapply for an entertainment visa without an agency. She can't sign with a new agency while in a contract dispute with her current agency. So it's not an easy situation to be in if they want to keep this up.

      What if she doesn’t want to renew her contract under ADOR ? ADOR is the company that recommended her for the visa therefore ADOR can put her on the next flight,and maybe she will be without a work visa unless another wants her. MHJ mess up those girls and their parents sitting on the back bench.

    Any company can renew their work visas. As long as the new company does the paperwork and pay the money for the visas. It's super easy.

    • @CapitalVictims
      @CapitalVictims  2 часа назад +15

      Not any company. Foreigners are required to have an exclusive contract with an agency in order to work in South Korean entertainment.

    • @ausanna5039

      Hanni would actually need ADOR's permission to get a new visa from another company unless both sides agree the contract is terminated. And if Hanni truly belleves she is no longer under contract to Ador then she must follow the 14 day period of visa cancellation after contract termination. Legally its quite complicated and not as easy as finding another company. NJs also cannot use a family company as that would be considered tampering.

      What a brilliant idea. I wonder why no one else thought of it. She can obviously go to Vietnam to recover a Korean work visa that was issued in Korea.

    • @zeyv4551
      @zeyv4551 2 часа назад +9

      She wouldn't go to Vietnam, but Australia instead as she is an Australian citizen. Without an agency she cannot get a work visa. She is in a contract with Ador. However, Hanni has claimed she is no longer in a contract with Ador. Ador has filed a case to determine the validity of the contract. Without Ador filing for Hanni's visa, she cannot work in SK and most likely be deported. I think Ador said they are in the works of filing for an extension. I wonder if Ador will ask her to sign something or not. That's why, if you're still dependent on your agency you don't pull stupid sh1t like what those girls have been doing. They have been lucky so far that Ador has not pulled out their sword, because those girls will be over. $500 million, that's the approximate cost for those gals for breach of contract with Ador.

Personal life has nothing to do with this. I would love to talk about personal things about those members but I keep it about their careers -such as they have at this point.

      LOL. Contracts are legally binding. Don't sign it if you don't want to be in a contract. That's why one should have legal representation when doing so. After all the investments a company puts into you and enjoying the benefits, you try to run away because your emotions were hurt. Get real. Get out of the cookie jar and back to the real world. Again, contracts are legally binding. If you want out of it and the departure is not mutually agreed on, take it to court instead of throwing tantrums like children... I am including the teenager, as her parents would have been the ones to sign/co-sign the contract. 😂

      @@zeyv4551 I don't even believe their feelings were hurt at all. It's just calculated media play to be a shield for MHJ to take the heat away from her legal issues.

    • @whitneymouse
      @whitneymouse Час назад +2

      Danielle is a dual citizen with Australia and Korea. Since she has Korean citizenship, this doesn’t apply to her. Hanni has dual citizenship with Australia and Vietnam. Because she doesn’t have Korean citizenship, she needs a visa. That is the difference. There isn’t a way out for her. She’s either squatting illegally or she’s under ADOR’s contract.
