There are tons of editing errors that a company who knows their way around advertising like CK, would NEVER make. 1. no spaces between comma 2. extra space between comma 3. Names don't reflect the subjects in a single shot (ex. all 5 names are listed on a photo with only two people) 4. NONE of the names are in respective order of how the girls appear in the photo (BIG nono in photo editorials)

No company would want to fight against HYBE, why? All these brands that they acquired do love them because they are bankable, but you know who's more bankable? BTS! NJ’s biggest contracts are brands that worked alongside Big Hit/HYBE and BTS. If no one noticed, All Member of NJ’s ambassadorship are parallels of BTS (Celine, Chanel, YSL, Calvin Klein and etc) These brands would rather cut ties than lose one of their biggest models. BTS is still more bankable than NJ’s even at hiatus.

Idk why so many fans think that brand deals can be put together so fast. That stuff takes a lot of planning and prep I thought everyone knew that the things idols groups posted with brand deals have been done weeks/months in advance. Like ik they as a group is new jeans but when signing a contract you still put your legal name down, you as an individual are an artist under a company so even without using the NJ names I’m pretty sure it’s still probably a violation of contract.

I'm sorry please bear with me i'm confused. does NJ terminating their contract with ADOR means ALSO terminating all advertising deals with brands that was through ADOR? For example CELENE with danniel? or is it the other way around where NJ legally has to full fill advertising contrats to the end no matter the validity with their contract with ADOR?

Sadly, one of my favs is slightly caught up in this soiled world of mhj. The leaked CK 2025 campaign photo was leaked by a fan account on Chinese Weibo. It has now been deleted. The photo I believe is genuine. But based on Ador not uploading the behind the scene of this photo shoot, and their announcement of the reason, we are still waiting to see if CK will ever publish the photo and carry on with the campaign. Or whether it has been axed and will never be launched. The typesetting on the photo was sloppy with a missing space between two names, suggesting these were edited in by a fan / fan account / fans. Or at the very least, unofficial. The explanation by the Weibo fan account for its deletion also lay credence to the leak being of actual genuine photo for the campaign that the campaign is on hold currently. Some continue to observe to see if CK will publish this as part of their 2025 campaign. The launch time I believe is around February 2025. If nothing then we know CK has dropped them. If I am the person in charge of CK, I would go through my contract with Ador and have our lawyers meet to see what exist clause can be exercised.

bunnies have the same experience with the legal side of big business. the girls get high from the fans blindly supporting them, making them feel and think they are justified. Something I see is the dunning Krueger effect when it comes to business law, or any law, is that legal terms have definition different than how we use them in everyday life, but people who arent trained lawyers nor have other legal experience think the terms mean the same thing as how they use it. This is honestly tragic at this point.

If I were them, I would be eager to have this issue resolved for once and for all so that I can continue with my future activities. Avoiding from receiving the Court Letter will only prolonging the situation.

Its odd that they kept saying Ador/Hybe doesn't care about music and only money but all of their actions since "leaving" haven't been about music either. Ador filed an injection specifically targeting the members trying to talk to brand directly because thats all they have been doing the last few months. In SK, NewJeans is no longer in the list of Top 100 brand ranking. Which means, in SK, local advertisers no longer consider them as worth investing in.

One thing to know about brand deals is that everything is done by contract. There are usually clauses that allow a Brand to end a deal but it is usually dependent on misconduct by the artists. So advertisers need to wait until Old Jeans does enough negative stuff for that clause to kick in. Every time the brats breach their contract with ADOR or news comes out about the lies and media play they are involved in it makes them look bad to the general public ( anyone not a crazed bunny). It adds to a case for Brands to cancel their deals with Old Jeans. It’s sad but at this point everything they're doing is just another hole in their sinking ship.
