you have the free will to commit sin, but not getting away with it doesn't at all contradict freewill. yesterday i saw a Instagram reel saying how dumb it is that Christianity claims that god made freewill, but will punish if it goes against certain godmade laws idk what part of "freedom of actions, but actions have consequences" do atheists not understand
@@Christian-Animation haha, idk abt discord, if u have word or onenote i could just send u a link, and we'd be able to come up with a script together tho.
@@Juicyredapples oh, thanks for the info, and yes! Ive been watching their videos along with some others, inculding cargo black, phrog pollen, read choi, thats smooth, Bible animations and a few others!
Now, can you be a Christian and still sin? Yup, it's actually a given. The new creature is the new spirit inside you: that new creature cannot sin. But your Flesh (body and soul) can, and they are constantly at war with the sinless creature. There is no such thing as "willful sin" or "practice sins". Sin is sin, and all sin has consequences. All sin is the same to the Lord, and sin can be committed in word, thought and deed. This is why Jesus Christ died on the cross: so that whoever believes in Him will not perish, but have everlasting life. If salvation was of works, then God requires the utmost perfect obedience to the Law: that means no sinful thoughts, no sinful words, and no sinful deeds. This means being humble, not prideful. Being meek, not boastful, none of that. See how absolutely impossible it is to do that? With man, it's impossible, but with God, all things are possible. Putting your faith in Jesus Christ pretty much fulfills the whole law: your flesh will sin, but not the new creature inside of you, for it is sealed by the Holy Spirit.
Well, you can sin, BUT, that doesnt mean its ok, if God forgives you of your sin, but you sin again, He will forgive you again, but that doesnt mean you can sin because you know God will forgive you. Im not exactly sure what you are saying though, so please correct me if you meant something else
@@Animatingz What I meant was: even if you do sin, "willfully or not", that doesn't mean your salvation is forfeit. God will chastise you, of course, but just because you're a Christian, doesn't make your flesh instantly sinless. It means the new creature inside of you doesn't sin. This isn't a license to sin, because, again, God will chastise. But He will not revoke Salvation
@@voltekthecyborg7898 yea, i agree, but either way, you should still ask for forgiveness, because if you feel no remorse for the sin, then something is wrong with your walk. But, yes, once you are saved, you are saved
Amen
God is good thanks so much man.

@@dongetaro this is so true. i can kill someone, but that doesnt mean i won't be punished for it, basically sums up freewill
