Dr,I would be very happy if you tie up your hair in the kitchen, you would look so much better, and no chances of hair strands falling into the food.
👍👍👍👍👍
Well said
Exactly,it's absolutely gross to have hair in food.🤮
NO Indian woman goes into kitchen with open n long hair.
common sense.
Very true.
When there is tamarind, jaggery should be added and thats the secret ingredient.
Never waste a drop of coconut water, said so after wasting 50% of it 😂
Watching keenly
😂yes, her every step is going heywire. Dal not properly soaked so not properly cooked so transfer to cooker. Pumpkin not properly mixed.
Also it is so time consuming
Also, no need to remove the skin of the pumpkin. More healthy & tasty with the skin
Why is everybody so critical. She is sharing the main concept adapt it to suit your own taste buds . Thank u for the recipe I will certainly try it! ❤
👍🏼 Also in the end you could have specified, ayurveda says eat with your fingers but I am going to use a spoon on camera 😊.
Is Tamarind good for health, i read that according to ayurveda lemon nd aamla are better than tamarind and raw mango as both bring vikruti in pitta dosha? Your knowledge on ayurveda is very good so asking you
Thanks for the wonderful explanation of the receipe and the nutritional value ..great mam 🙏
Looking forward to more of such dishes Mam ❤
We should not throw the soft part of pumpkin around the seeds because it's very nutritious and tasty and also also pumpkin should be used without peeling the skin as it melt easily after cooking.
Absolutely! The soft part of the pumpkin is indeed packed with nutrients and flavor, and using the pumpkin with its skin on can enhance texture and taste. It's a great way to maximize the benefits and minimize waste.
Thank you for sharing this wonderful Ayurvedic mixture. I love it.
Doc you are very sweet and naive 😊. The green dal has to be cooked in the pressure cooker. With Love ❤️
I don't have tamarind but I know the taste of it, a most interesting and unique flavour...I will try the recipe.
One of my spiritual teachers said very little about what to eat. But he did say this: "It should smell good." :-)

What are your thoughts on "Carnivore Diet" ? ... I've read charak samhitha...even in charak samhitha also..its mentioned that " if a person is not responding to any herbs or medicines treatment....then he should be advised to eat all meat soup (including carnivorous/herbivores animals) diet as a last resort"
●also..many people with autoimmune conditions have reversed their diseases...since this diet eliminates most of the plants and food combinations like brinjal..potatoe... Night shades..milk+salt..milk+fruits.meat+beans...meat+diary..etc..everything which are said in ayurveda
This diet.. Directly or indirectly..follows one of the principle as said in ayurveda.. Which is "Eat it alone or leave it alone"
Each body is different, no one size fits all, try carnivore and check out the benefits.
Honestly I think it's the healthiest diet on the planet if followed correctly, no processed meat, no poultry farm chicken or egg etc
White rice better than brown rice ?
She added asofetida🤗

Hi its very essential to take care of what you cook how you cook and in what utensils you use during cooking ...i think all the utensils are made of TRIPLY ...Its not recommended to cook for auervedic diet and in case of ayurvedic cooking....its not completely ayurvedic cooking...pls dont use triply utensils if you suggest something in terms of ayurveda...also i thing is missing here thats jaggery..A pinch of jaggery is used to prepare ayurvedic prepration ...
Wow nice idea 😊
Historically, when was the Sona Masuri rice introduced in Indian Cooking?
Sona Masoori rice is believed to have originated in the Mandya district during the 1960s.
In ayurveda, basic tip is to soak dal or rice for atleast 30-60 mins for easy digestion.

Looking to cooking jn earthen pots.
Cooking in earthen pots is a fantastic idea! They enhance flavors and are great for even heat distribution.
Dr no need to discard pumpkin skin n such a thick ginger skin.
You couldn’t be cooking this every morning or often
Because too much things at play
You’re right-preparing elaborate dishes every morning can be challenging with a busy schedule. Finding a balance between convenience and nutrition is key.
I thought shallots, red chilly powder, tamarind are not used in ayurveda. The ayurvediv nursing homes dont include them in the diet
Welcome to Real Ayurveda! 😅
But y rice is looking so watery at the end, hope you didn’t strain the rice. May I know the reason please
Coz I wanted to eat it as kanji
Secret ingredient is hing?

Goud, Sharkkara
That is whole moong not moong daal
You can be a bit more polite to her. That's basic manners
It’s still moong dal!
@@TheDevaser sorry but we use the word dal only for the split ones...
Chana vs chana daal
Moong vs moong daal
Masoor vs masoor daal...
That's why I commented.
Hi. I have a question. Is it okay for all dosha types to have ginseng?
