    Let's explore that idea.
    Apples are high in the following:
    Fiber
    Phytochemicals
    Quercetin
    Flavonoids
    Beta Carotene
    They help your cells repair.
    If you can’t repair you have inflammation.
    That's why they call it a Superfood.
    Ingredients:
    Old Fashioned Rolled Oats - 1 cup
    All Purpose Flour - 3/4 cup
    Coconut Sugar - 1/2 cup
    Avocado Oil - 1/3 cup
    Allspice - 1/2 teaspoon
    Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
    In a bowl combine above ingredients and mix.
    Apples - 5 pounds
    Maple Syrup -
    Peel, core, and dice 5 pounds of apples.
    Mix Maple Syrup 1/4 cup
    Combine apples into a greased baking container.
    Pour crumble mixture on top.
    Bake @ 350 degrees for 40 minutes, checking at the 30 minute mark for browning.
    Enjoy the fall harvest of apples.
