    I've been cooking curries the wrong way and the right way for 30 odd years. This channel is the right way to anyone starting. She really really knows so much it's fascinating. I think she under sells herself verses several others on RUclips who boast about themselves. My Little Kitchen Rocks!!

    Helo Mam. Very grateful for the simple but yummy recipes. My only problem is we can't eat too spicy food. Been tempted to n ate a few times, but paid the price. I'm from SA. We do get mild spices but the downside of that is the color of the curry is not very appealing. I wud appreciate any suggestions if u have. I watched this video n knew that if I wanted to make it I'd hav to leave out all the chillies. How do i keep that delicious color if not by lessening masala. Thank u. God bless

    What does Bhuna mean and what does Masala mean? And what is the reason you add Garam Masala at the end and not with the other spices? Thanks.

    • @MyLittleKitchenRecipes
      @MyLittleKitchenRecipes  Месяц назад +1

      Bhuna is a process of cooking a curry which helps create flavour and depth. The word bhuna refers to the cooking process. The reason why garam masala is added at the end of the cook is so it enhances the overall flavour of the finished dish with warm, aromatic flavours rather than being added at the beginning which will result in the flavours being lost in the curry. Hope that helps 😊👍

    I like your channel but you must half your oil please. The Asian community has a diabetes and obestity explosion in the UK due samosas / pakoras and oily curries . Please take notice of this message.
