Until the coyotes come out! Mama stays away after dark. That's why she licks their bottoms. The fawns don't have scent and mama is keeping them safe and scent free.
The neighborhood population is thriving. Probably not quite as good in the wild. This was the first year I didn't draw a doe tag, which is usually a gimme 🤔
Nothing loves like a mother can. Oh how protected and secure those little ones must feel around mama

Deer are so much fun to watch!
Those fawns grow up so fast too!
i've been watching a mama and fawn on some property I own..Always fun to watch.
Like clockwork every year! Agreed
That's some awesome footage!
Great footage, can never get enough wildlife vids. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you, Larry!
My goodness! So precious. Hard to believe they taste so dern good. 🦌.
HAHA! Totally agree. I'm pretty sure at least one of those fawns is a buck too.
Their ears are beautiful.
Aaaaaaawwwwwww they’re so precious and adorable 🥰
Such a nice capture! Nature is just awesome!
I haven't seen them since! I hope they're ok. A lot of coyotes around.
great footage!, always love some good up close nature and wildlife footage!👍👍
They haven't been hanging around quite as much this year, so I'm glad I caught it. Thanks! Hope you had a great 4th of July!
They are so tiny! Great video.
They don't show up until about mid to late June. I think that's a little behind the rest of the country😁
wow, that is a rare (and awesome) sighting.
Great capture! So cute.
Thanks Dan!
Nice capture. They are cute. I learned that there are likely more deer now in NJ then 200 years ago. I can't imagine how it is over there.
It's not as good... Mule deer numbers are low from what I've heard. Winter was pretty hard on the hooved critters this year 😬
Great vide and awesome footage, thanks and thumbs up too,, Tony.
Thank you Tony!
Some awesome footage Ryan! That's a good sign of a healthy population. Pretty sweet you got close to that 👊

Nice capture!
Thanks Tony!
I've never seen that before - thanks
Last year was the first time I saw them nursing... lightning strikes twice. Hope all is well Steve!

Great momy dear and son
They were cute!
Very cool! Your deer look a good bit different (in the face area) than our deer. Possibly bigger ears?
Definitely bigger ears on mule deer. I'm pretty sure the fawn in the back was a male. Male mule deer have very distinct faces.
@@JumbleTronChannel OHHHHH ok they are mule deer!!! I should have realized!!! man now I feel stupid! hahah
@@fishinwithish We have both, but mostly mule deer. Don't feel bad!!!
Spettacolo Natura ...
very cool my friend
