This is one of my easy go to meals when I don’t feel like cooking. I buy a few and keep in the freezer. Eat it with sticky rice, jasmine rice or sandwiches.
I almost always have some in the freezer.
I'm so glad I found your channel!! My husband is Vietnamese, and I've been learning to cook a lot of Vietnamese food and your videos are sooo helpful!!! Just wanted to say thank you!
Thank you!
I Love vietnamese ham
Are you southern? You sound so country, like you're from Texas or a yeehaw state 😅 I love it
Can you post the recipes please?
Always add water to activate baking powder. And then making a very fine meat paste in the blender. Refreeze, reblend repeat.
MOAR water
This recipe is impossible at room temperature
Thank you for this video. These are expensive now in stores 😫😪
Yes they sure are.
Yummy looking good 👍
Thanks
I like the deep fried version. Is it the same recipe for both?
Yes.
If we don’t have a vitamix is there another appliance and manual process to replace that step?
If you have a Cuisinart food processor, you can do this in batches. And maybe do it twice. Keep the meat in the freezer in between.
Can you please make a video on the soup broth that you made with this? Looking for weeknight broth recipe. I've seen my husband's family make a broth with pork bones and daikon to eat with Mi Hoanh Thanh 🤤
Sure. Thanks for your feedback.
How much fish paste do you mix to the 1lb of pork roll paste?
I used 1 Tbsp. Try different amounts and find your right taste.
Thanks.
You almost make a pate Consistency wise
I've tried with extra water and grinded at a litter softer stage than this, but I like this best. I guess if I need to wrap up to make cha Lua. I'd need to make it a little bit softer.
@@fishsaucemama I love the springy texture. I wouldnt change a thing.
🙂
