Bogor is the most intolerant city in Indonesia. The results of a recent study conducted by human rights group Setara Institute regarding which cities in Indonesia are tolerant or intolerant. The study found Pematang Siantar in North Sumatra to be the most tolerant city while Bogor in West Java was considered the most intolerant.
Apart from Bogor, most of the cities considered intolerant are predominantly Muslim such as Bandung and Banda Aceh.

Nice thorough video! Do you recommend Bogor for retirement? I heard it's nice and cool year round, except too rainy like Eugene or Portland Oregon lol. Thanks.

So what do you do if your scooter breaks down in Indo or Bali?

There are plenty of roadside stalls that fix them. I was with someone who punctured his tyre. He pushed his bike back along the road for 5 mins and we found someone who could fix it.

Red-White flag is not based on the Dutch flag Red-Wite-Blue ,and tore the blue part......but it is based on tradition Majapahit flag in the 8th Century , Red-White-Red--White ,which symbolizes bravery and purity......
