Good morning, by using the “taper-loc” method, could these taper-loc hubs support a poly-groove/serpentine belt? Maybe order custom/adjustable offsets, for the pulleys? I would like to fabricate a serpentine belt system for my ford lehman 4cyl. With a scuba compressor, a/c compressor, 48v alternator, 12v alternator, and 1 Saginaw power steering pump, and the high pressure pump for the watermaker. The watermaker pump, and the scuba compressor would have electric clutches. The power steering pump would by-pass, until quick-connect hydraulic connections get connected to operate hydraulics. Any help would be appreciated.
Hi Mike! Our product application engineers are happy to help you! www.gates.com/us/en/knowledge-center/original-equipment-solutions-and-services/industrial-oe-first-fit.html
It would be nice to have a threaded hole perpendicular to the open end slot, after you have removed pulley or sprocket. Simply insert threaded hex screw into tapered hub perpendicully along tapered edge forcing slot to open slightly
Thank you, very good video👍🏼
