  • In this video, I take you through every workout that I do in a week to stay happy and healthy while going through medical school.

    4 sets of 5 reps of every exercise for the week shown in the video
    Legs - Hamstring curls, quad extensions, standing calf raises, leg press, curtsy lunges, reverse hyperextension, and seated calf raises
    Torso - Incline DB bench press, single arm DB row, svend press, straight arm lat pulldown, pull ups, cable lateral raises, dead bugs, and bird dogs
    Arms - Chin ups, ez curls, incline DB curls, dips, skull-crushers, v-grip pressdowns
    HIIT - 20s on 15s off 3 sprints, 6 sled pushes, 3 sprints
    Friday cardio - 1hr on the treadmill 8-12 incline 3-3.5mph
