Wow the weather looks nice there lol Stoked to see you picking up journaling again. I think it’s huge for people in healthcare to encourage practitioners to slow down and treat the whole person, not just seeing them as another “case.” Love that for you man. My 2025 habits include a new Bible Study group I joined and I’ve been trying to listen to podcasts more and more, especially to and from work. I also have been stretching a lot more. Adorable baby! Just delivered my surprise IUGR baby at 39 weeks and 4 days. He was 2nd percentile at 5lbs 10 oz. No issues so we left after 36 hours. Definitely still in shock as it was never caught during my pregnancy but hopefully he just continues to grow and there aren’t any issues.

Great habit changers! I too have limited my scrolling...etc My phone gives me a weekly time usage update...which holds me accountable. You have to be aware of being numb to your emotions...so i applaud you for recognizing it. Do you journal every day? Im still struggling with being consistent.

It's all good and cute until baby tosses his upper body out towards the floor... we had friends who had left their 1.5 year old with the grandparents for the day. ( much older than your child) While walking through the mall... grandpa had baby chest to chest... BOTH arms were supporting the child. Baby tossed his body backwards and broke BOTH FEMURS. The baby had major surgery, hip to ankle casts for 10 weeks and it was just awful. Messed the once happy, sweet baby up bad too.. spent 10 days in the hospital. Be careful.
