I teach my daughter to do something because she actually wants too, not just to copy and please friends. I actually scold her when she changes her mind on something just to fit in or be liked by another person. She is young and doesn't understand what I'm trying to teach her but I know someday she will appreciate it.

You attract different types of people when your self value shifts. My dad always told me you attract what you feel about yourself. So so so true. Love yourself more than anyone else will ever love you..
Simply put, you attract what you radiate. In LOA terms, you attract what you're a vibrational match for. Your external environment is only a reflection of your internal emotional landscape; on a moment to moment basis, your life is essentially showing you how you feel about yourself.

Why do these people come in to your life? it's because they see your worth and they want to take your worth that u can't see and they wont tell u either. and this usually happens on a subconscious level . The moment u set boundaries, they will become upset then try to use emotional blackmail on you so as to turn u into a peoples pleaser but u must stand your ground and say NO . u wont feel good at first, but eventually u will , and your eyes will suddenly open and these same people will eventually fall in line. Eevery now and then the stubborn once will try and test u again but u must stick to your principle. People will come into your live with emotional black mail but always repel them with your principles, your principles should always remain the same .

This is what i want my whole focus to be in 2019. To take care of my skin, hygien, hair etc. To start to dare dress up, learn how to do makeup and my hair. But more important to cleanse out all of those negative thoughts i have build about myself, and learn how to really love myself and find my own happiness. I want to feel happy, beautiful, sexy, strong and smart. I want to start to go out on more fun but also be happy with staying home with my cat drinking tea. I want to travel. Just Sharing What I've Learned :) 1. Know your value, know your worth. LV doesn't go on sale. Chanel doesn't go on sale. Know your value and add tax! 2. People always want to get a discount. E.g. When you're buying a car, oh there's a scratch here, model is kinda old etc. If you don't know your own value and what you can bring to the table, you will believe them and downplay yourself. 3. People will treat you the way you treat yourself and by the standards and boundaries you have set. E.g. The way you maintain your car and when you communicate clearly to them no eating in my car. They will look around and see what you tolerate and what you accept and follow suit. 4. Not everyone is going to like you. Your gates don't have to be open to everybody. You only let a few people in to your circle, after they have proved that they are worthy of your love and attention. You are not desperate to have people like you.
Lol girl I've been single for 8 years because of standards and im happy with that, I dated several people but never committed cuz i know my worth and what i can offer. Girl I know this feeeling! I finally called out this guy who would just hmu whenever he was in town to fuck, and he was like “whaaa? I would never! We’re friends!” And then he stopped talking to me, lol. It felt good to finally tell myself to stop and stand up for myself.
Heal that broken little girl in you. Go back to the beginning. Confront those fears. Pray for wisdom and guidance daily. The journey will be tough, lonely, and revealing.... but you will understand your purpose and power in God. I also suggest celibacy if you've been sexually active. Start with a set goal. You'll be able to detect and stand up to BS. Create new standards. List the things that hurt you, things you'll no longer accept (from people, in general/ and relationships). Write down characteristics you want to see in yourself as a woman in the future. For me, I want to be: FULL of wisdom (that comes straight from God) Courageous in the midst of struggle, comforting/loving...., FUN.... I don't want to be so uptight in life. I want my spirit to be light (for myself and others), knowledgable and studious (a teacher to my loved ones and community). I want to make a difference in the lives of those I encounter. I don't want to be angry/vengeful/etc. I want people to know that I don't accept BS. I'm honest and caring. I expect the same or I will release you. To experience my presence is a blessing. Not because of who I am but because God is with me when I enter the room.

Why do these people come in to your life? it's because they see your worth and they want to take your worth that u can't see and they wont tell u either. and this usually happens on a subconscious level . The moment u set boundaries, they will become upset then try to use emotional blackmail on you so as to turn u into a peoples pleaser but u must stand your ground and say NO . u wont feel good at first, but eventually u will , and your eyes will suddenly open and these same people will eventually fall in line. Eevery now and then the stubborn once will try and test u again but u must stick to your principle. People will come into your live with emotional black mail but always repel them with your principles, your principles should always remain the same .

You can do this through JOURNALING. It really helps you face yourself and understand yourself so that you can understand your value
TIPS for journaling:
1. Write all your feelings and thoughts (be specific) and reflect on it after some time has past. It’s totally different when you read it again. You gain perspective on the actual situation.
2. Through some time and reflecting you start to get to know and understand yourself more. When this time comes, define yourself. Because if you dont, you’ll start to believe people’s presumptions about you.
- Define what true beauty is to you
- Define what your priorities in life are
- Define what you will and wont accept from others
- Define the people you trust so you know who to turn to when you need true constructive criticism. It’s important to be wary of who you pick. It can either make or break you.
- Define your beliefs and values, but still be open to learning new things.

This is what i want my whole focus to be in 2019. To take care of my skin, hygien, hair etc. To start to dare dress up, learn how to do makeup and my hair. But more important to cleanse out all of those negative thoughts i have build about myself, and learn how to really love myself and find my own happiness. Just Sharing What I've Learned :)
1. Know your value, know your worth. LV doesn't go on sale. Chanel doesn't go on sale. Know your value and add tax!
2. People always want to get a discount. E.g. When you're buying a car, oh there's a scratch here, model is kinda old etc. If you don't know your own value and what you can bring to the table, you will believe them and downplay yourself.
3. People will treat you the way you treat yourself and by the standards and boundaries you have set. E.g. The way you maintain your car and when you communicate clearly to them no eating in my car. They will look around and see what you tolerate and what you accept and follow suit.
4. Not everyone is going to like you. Your gates don't have to be open to everybody. You only let a few people in to your circle, after they have proved that they are worthy of your love and attention. You are not desperate to have people like you.

Girl I know this feeeling! I finally called out this guy who would just hmu whenever he was in town to fuck, and he was like “whaaa? I would never! We’re friends!”
And then he stopped talking to me, lol. It felt good to finally tell myself to stop and stand up for myself.
Heal that broken little girl in you. Go back to the beginning. Confront those fears. Pray for wisdom and guidance daily. The journey will be tough, lonely, and revealing.... but you will understand your purpose and power in God. I also suggest celibacy if you've been sexually active. Start with a set goal. You'll be able to detect and stand up to BS. Create new standards. List the things that hurt you, things you'll no longer accept (from people, in general/ and relationships). Write down characteristics you want to see in yourself as a woman in the future.
For me, I want to be: FULL of wisdom (that comes straight from God) Courageous in the midst of struggle, comforting/loving...., FUN.... I don't want to be so uptight in life. I want my spirit to be light (for myself and others), knowledgable and studious (a teacher to my loved ones and community). I want to make a difference in the lives of those I encounter. I don't want to be angry/vengeful/etc. I want people to know that I don't accept BS. I'm honest and caring. I expect the same or I will release you. To experience my presence is a blessing. Not because of who I am but because God is with me when I enter the room.

Btw, there is no such thing as a soul mate. A partner is only as good as he continues to care and provide for you and as long as you look beautiful and desirable to him. You managed to attract AND keep that man because him and other men were attracted by your new confidence and femininity That ‘cocktail’ will always draw in men like bees to honey :)

Been on a mental health journey and getting a dog for me has been a huge help. Mostly bc they’re better than men and love us regardless. She makes me want to be better. Like the quote “Be the person your dog thinks you are.” 💙
