I believe the discoloration on the mkg head is something that happened pretty frequently with the trendmasters ghidorahs. I distinctly remember at least one of mine turning that same shade of green.

when you say there no difference between the mechagodzilla figures, that not true, the one from these set has it left arm in and kind of like a megaman mega buster, where the one from the frist wave has it bent out 2:04 update, i got the spacegodzilla playset and when he said the land falcon (aka the land moguera) wasn't removeable, that's kind of a lie, it does remove, it just the playset has a peg there to plug it in, if yall will notice it the bubble, his model around the figurine

I remember getting space Godzilla on easter one year and remember seeing them at toys r us and I think a target. Had all but the mecha gheidorah. I used to take that space Godzilla everywhere for a couple mounths fun times.
The trend masters play set (second wave) looks cool, quite fun for a lot of kids play around with at home and on the go. That moment to show off that collector ambition not to open the sets. Micro trend masters sets looks very nice too.
Seeing these old sets makes me sad... I had them all as a kid, decent condition and no missing bits. Except the SpaceG one which I had traded to someone for a King Atlas, I regret that decision to this day. Went to highschool (boarding) and came back for a vacation... Dad had turned my room into a gym and chucked all my G1-Armada (garage sales are awesome..) Transformers, Old Trendmasters Godzilla stuff, and much more. I was understandably pissed... Oh and I still have that freaking mentioned King Atlas to this day. For the record FAO Shwartz was a major carrier of the Trendmaster Godzillas... its where I got my SpaceG one and many more, they pulled them off shelves for some other toyline and I am pretty sure that there are still some in shipments or warehouses somewhere out in the greater New York area, just buried under god only knows how many decades of storage...

True story I had that Godzilla versus SpaceGodzilla set as a kid. I bought it from a discount store whenever the trendmasters Godzilla stuff was being clearanced out at the end of the 90s. I never realized it was such a rare set. And unfortunately it's one of those sets that I gave away when I reach that age of I'm too old to play with toys.
Dude I know that you one time explained why you couldn’t show your collection because your constantly moving it around but every single collector does that including myself but it never stops me from showing off mine now and then, so I think that you should only if you want too. 🙂
Pls no hate, but Godzilla 1998 is my favorite Godzilla movie and version of Godzilla, not just because that’s what I grew up on, but also because he looks like a giant velociraptor, and the 90s astetic. But I love all Godzilla movies and merchandise, and I’m glad you make these videos, because they help me get more information on Godzilla merchandise and history. Also the Monster Island buddies show is hilarious.
Thankfully, you don't have to open your SpaceGodzilla set. A reviewer by the name of DewanCollex was crazy enough to open his set up on his channel. That really requires some balls, I think he deserves a shoutout on the next Play Time for taking this bullet for the Godzilla collector community.
My first ever Godzilla figures were the Shogun Warriors...back then I didn’t know their origins. My first Godzilla ever is a Trendmasters. Can’t tell which one though they all look alike to me.
I remember being so confused when my cousins would talk about SpaceGodzilla when we were little and all we had were the Trendmasters toys so, until i had the internet and found websites with Godzilla info in late middle school, i thought Gigan was SpaceGodzilla.
