I couldn't agree more, the absolute perfection is unbelievable, truly uncanny. It seems as if though they were meant for these roles, like it was their destiny to play these characters with each other. Ramin and Sierra will always be the real life Phantom and Christine!
"I am the mask you wear" "It's me they hear" this line alone made me fall in love with this whole play, and then Sierra hits that note right at the end. This and Music of the night are my absolute favorite songs hands down
9RmoRE I got creeped out at the 'my power over you, grows stronger yet'. The voice has a mysterious yet intriguing tone. It just sended shivers down my spine, yet I loved it at the same time.
PhoenixFlameGames I know exactly the feeling, it's not easy to pick a favorite line from this amazing work, but it is easy to find the ones that have such meaning and power that it kind of puts you into the shoes of the person who the line was meant for
Honestly, I think that he is a little better suited for the part than Crawford, but I wish he would try not to sound like Crawford with the operatic voice. His voice in the sequel makes him sound more like he's trying to be himself.
operasinger89 Same.. I have an Alto voice for a girl. :\ My voice is low and too guy like for a girl, but I believe I could hit high notes until I got a vocal nodule because I screamed too much in childhood.
I have a decent singing voice (I don't sing professionally btw), but when it comes to those high notes at the end, I just let Sierra take over as I pretend to belt them out xD
Just a few nights ago, I sneaked in my university (I think it was nearing midnight then) when I overheard this being played in my building. More specifically, inside our museum (they had an event, think) that has this really huge chandelier. No joke. It's been there since the 1900s. Hahaha. Our building is a historical location.

After reading most of the comments on the first page, I now understand why my 8 year old daughter goes hysterical and screams at the top of her lungs whenever we play and watch Phantom of the Opera. And BTW, Ramin is awesome. I didn't know the human voice can do harmonics. There is just something about Sarah. I'm in love with her.
Omg, I get chills just from the start and when they start singing I can't contain my emotions! Ramin's voice is so powerful, if anyone would sing this to me I would be theirs in an instant especially if they were like Ramin😍
[Christine] In sleep he sang to me In dreams he came That voice which calls to me And speaks my name And do I dream again? Sierra is literally perfect. Her voice is GORGEOUS and oh so powerful. I don't get very emotional due to movies/ tv etc, but her acting is just so great. I never even watched her in it- just listened to- and got major feels. Only problem with me is that she appears too old. Christine looking young just adds to the creepiness of it all. She acts young and innocent enough I guess. Ali is very innocent acting and looking. She is a close second.
I'd put Sierra as #2 as well because while she's obviously very talented, I just feel like she tries too hard to act innocent sometimes. I personally would put Emmy Rossum at number one though
[Christine] In sleep he sang to me, in dreams he came that voice which calls to me and speaks my name and do i dream again for now I find the phantom of the opera is there inside my mind [Eric/the phantom] Sing once again with me our strange duet my power over you grows stronger yet and though you turn from me to glance behind the phantom of the opera is there inside your mind [Christine] Those who have seen your face draw back in fear I am the mask you wear [the phantom/Eric] It's me they hear [Both] Your/My sprit and My/Your voice in one combined the phantom of the opera is there inside Your/My mind [Company] He there the phantom of the opera Beware the phantom of the opera *The phantom and Christine appear in a boat* [The phantom/Eric] In all your fantasies you always knew that man in mystery [Christine] We're both in you [Both] And in this labyrinth where Night is blind the phantom of the opera is here/there inside My/Your mind *The phantom gets out and takes Christine's hands* [the phantom/Eric] My angel of music [Christine] He's there the phantom of the opera [The phantom] Sing! Also I was just joking about the little Carlotta thing I was just saying that because it was so high and Carlotta can sing really high as well
This show is the most electrifying performance I've ever seen. The phantom of the opera is the most beautiful musical of them all. It has the most dazzling visual effects and the most talented and superb singing voices on it. Ramin Karimloo is stunning, his voice makes any soul soar and Sierra Boggess is an angel of music. Both have such a chemistry together, they totally stole the show. A totally must-see performance making an excel tribute to this all-time favorite masterpiece from Andrew Lloyd Webber on its 25th anniversary . This is a greatly impressive production and any person involved on it should be proud of being part of this epic celebration of the music of the night.
My sentiments exactly! I saw it a couple years ago, and while my humble southern town isn't as glamorous as New York or London, it was still phenomenal! Shameless plug. I'm writing what could be my debut novel, which is a retelling of phantom of the opera (though not totally reliant on either the original book or musical). When I thought about what to write in my book, I did it with the intention of giving the Phantom the happy ending he never got, but one that feels earned.
I've only listened to the original version with Sarah brightman like 500 times growing up, gotta say I prefer her Christine, but omg what's this phantom? He's perfect! I always hated the original phantom for his kinda weak voice but Ramin is... Magnificent. I also like the guitar riff in the back lol
Gina Kim imo Sarah is good but I prefer Sierra. I find Michael's version really sway-y and sleepy, doesn't have enough power or strength. Just my opinion. :)
Gina Kim on Ramona part I FULLY AGREE. Michael Crawford was excellent (don't get me wrong) but his voice was more suitable as a ghost than a phantom (there's a difference) Ramin's strong overpowering voice was suitable for a Phantom :3

First and only version I’ve watched/listened too and sorry but I am never going to change that they are just too good and powerful and I love them all too much! ❤
At school I somehow managed to hit Christine's high note, everyone stared at me and my teachers let me not speak for the rest of the day. The pain I was in afterwards though... My voice wasn't trained
This may not seem like a big deal, but I just realized something: In the original book, as well as some other versions of this story, there’s a character known as The Persian, who is tracking down Erik The Phantom. Why do I bring this up? Because Ramin, who’s playing Erik, is Iranian, aka... . . . Persian!! 😱
I have brought you to the seat of sweet music's throne ... to this kingdom where all must pay homage to music ... music... You have come here, for one purpose, and one alone ... Since the moment I first heard you sing, I have needed you with me, to serve me, to sing, for my music ... my music ...
***** There is no doubt that this cast is talented, but have you heard the original London Cast with Sarah Brightman? The first time I heard them I got chills! Amazing voices.
I'm just an uneducated theater kid going threw a bunch of musical soundtracks I never took the time to listen to. I've done Heathers, beetlejuice, jackle and hyde, guys and dolls, Chicago and now this. After this I'm going to dear even Hansen.
I just love this Musical, it is my favorite musical of all time. I saw it years ago but my neighbor told me not to buy the CD because he gave me his with Micheal Crawford.
[FANTASMA] Es a mí a quien oyen...
Moony7year yeah I think the same of the situation because sierra has to sing that high note every night but Sammy only had to do it a few times in the recording studio but I do like that Emmy is so young and can still hit the high notes
When they're the first one you've heard as phantom and christine then you won't ever look for others again 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Unless you grew up with the movie version cause ya broke. Then you love em both
@@sackoftrash9171 YEEESSS
THIS IS TRUE!
When you watch this first before watching Emmy Rossum and realize how auto tuned emmys sounds
Michael Crawford and Sarah Brightman are my two favorites!
"Phantom of the Opera, Phantom of the Opera"

25th anniversary!
Phantom of the opera.
ALRIGHT LISTEN UP I'VE BEEN DOING VOCAL WARMUPS FOR AN ENTITE HOUR AND I'VE HAD FOUR MUGS OF GREEN TEA AND I STILL CAN'T HIT THAT GOSH DIDDLY DARN NOTE
kermit the frog v
Darling, try mint or lemon tea, I've found that green tea isn't the best for singing :) also honey is always a good idea, good luck dear! :)
drink some warm lemon tea....that will help you reach it ..... I tried that and I was able to hit it...
warm up your voice all the time....
kermit the frog don’t get upset, neither could Anne Hathaway!
Phantom: “SING!”
Christine: “What the hell do you think I’ve been doing the whole time?” Lol
Phantom: I need to be sure that you’re in top shape.
Christine:.....
@@elizabethkblanco4620 wow
I see this Meme way too much 😂
Ramin has the most powerful voice. The best phantom to date- in my opinion.
Hugh sound better to me... First Hugh then Ramin. But like I said, that's just me :)
+Megan Reynolds Absolutely
+Megan Reynolds Indeed
I'm a bigger fan of gerard
+I24 Nil Doganay I agree
Sierra is literally the best Christine in my opinion. Her voice is so chilling and she fits Christine perfectly!
+Ally Del Rey Couldn't agree more.
So true
couldn't agree more!!!
YES! Sierra and Ramin are so perfect for their roles it's unreal
I couldn't agree more, the absolute perfection is unbelievable, truly uncanny. It seems as if though they were meant for these roles, like it was their destiny to play these characters with each other. Ramin and Sierra will always be the real life Phantom and Christine!
Phantom: Sing for me!
Me: No man. I can't go that high! Oh wait you mean Christine....proceed...
I can’t hit those notes. But lemmie tell ya if The Phantom asks me to sing them, I will find a way to hit them. End of story.
That was me a year ago
I am working on it
"I am the mask you wear"
"It's me they hear"
this line alone made me fall in love with this whole play, and then Sierra hits that note right at the end. This and Music of the night are my absolute favorite songs hands down
...And "Point of No Return."
+Trimmed Lamp yes and Sierra singing Think of Me
And Ramin singing the reprised version of All I ask of you :D :D

Honestly, I think that he is a little better suited for the part than Crawford, but I wish he would try not to sound like Crawford with the operatic voice. His voice in the sequel makes him sound more like he's trying to be himself.
I love how Weber included all kinds of opera in this show, including rock opera.
fundifferent1 It's actually classified as a rock opera.
Smc Smc seriously? 0-0
Smc Smc it isn't a rock opera because in an opera all parts are sung. that isn't the case in tpoto
THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA IS HERE IN SIDE MY MIND!!😍I LOVE HIM!
fundifferent1 man I love a Weber! Gets my heart a-pumpin.!
Because I first knew Sierra as Ariel, Erik kind of reminds me of Ursula when saying, "Sing! Sing! SING!"
Erin F hahaha I never thought of that! So funny
I saw a bunch of little similarities between the little mermaid and the phantom of the opera
NEVERMIND THE FACT THERE IS A PRICE ERIC AND THEN PHANTOM ERIK hahaha
Lol
NO, don't ruin this for me! xD
This Christine is better than the original in my opinion...
Yes same here but Sarah Brightman was still good a
very much better.
Agreed, she's amazing!
Sierra is the queen🙌❤️❤️
The best is Emmy Rossum.
When somebody asks me what's on my mind

I love this! But the next question for me is "the book or the musical?"
**Sings all lyrics** **blows out throat**
I can relate.
hahaha story of my life, if I could have any range in vocal technique it would be sierra boggess. :)
+Lonely “Facedesker” Muffin sings everything everything except the end because i might jsut sound fucking retarded trying to do that
operasinger89 Same..
I just love how Sierra is able to hit those high notes so easily! You hear very little stain in her voice, and she sounds amazing!
Just a few nights ago, I sneaked in my university (I think it was nearing midnight then) when I overheard this being played in my building. More specifically, inside our museum (they had an event, think) that has this really huge chandelier. No joke. It's been there since the 1900s. Hahaha. Our building is a historical location.
what university is it?
I always preferred this version than the others, don't know why. Maybe because I only watched this one multiple times?
For me, it's that Sierra and Ramin have such beautiful on-stage chemistry, and they are both so so talented, I couldn't help but fall it love with it!
That is true! Lol
Baka - Kun I also enjoyed the guitar riff more at the end then any other.
Sameee lmao. Have watched it 6 times in a months
Ramin....so much power in his voice. love it.

The orchestra in this song is amazing, and I will never get over it. I love it more than I can say.
After reading most of the comments on the first page, I now understand why my 8 year old daughter goes hysterical and screams at the top of her lungs whenever we play and watch Phantom of the Opera. Hands up fellow sopranos who can reach that stupid note
It's still pretty uncomfortable for me but I can get there
I can go to the C#7, this is and Eb6. My voice is just ridiculous and unnecessary XD
What is your full range?
My full range is A3 to G7
+Musical star Dang girl, one note off of 4 octaves, that's rediculous. What sort of training have you had?
+Musical star my range is exactly the same
Omg, I get chills just from the start and when they start singing I can't contain my emotions! Ramin's voice is so powerful, if anyone would sing this to me I would be theirs in an instant especially if they were like Ramin😍
The hype song as the Phantom enters the ring!

I actually prefer Music of the Night, but this is still fantastic... just like the whole freaking musical :D

"beware the phantom of the opera" that chorus is so good with the music
If Disney have Alan Menken, musicals have Andrew Lloyd Webber.
Wow...I think my range is high but then I hear this... T.T xP
Sierra is literally perfect. Her voice is GORGEOUS and oh so powerful. I don't get very emotional due to movies/ tv etc, but her acting is just so great. Weak? Michael Crawford was to portray the Phantom as slightly creepy. Not belting out everything doesn't equal weak.

So powerful
my favorite part is always when he repeatedly yells at her to sing, so much more powerful than the whispers in the original

This version of the song totally reminds me Trans Siberian Orchestra for some reason. Perhaps because it has that same level of EPICness.

It is funny!!! LOL I am dead
This one has a more rock score. This song
Kier Simpson it was that way in the original production if I'm not mistaken.
during all the ahhhhhhhhhs in the original score they didn't have the electric guitar riffs
I love Michael Crawford, but this is making me so hyped. The guitar is so badass, and Ramin is great----this is all just so lovely.
I listened to this song for at least 8 hours during my flights in the US. So glad i managed to find it again
25th anniversary of The Phantom of The Opera is my favorite
so this is ramin and sierra singing right? RIGHT??
Yep!
+Brianna Wong yaaass
Mike Shen right
Mike Shen Yes it is.
Fantastic soundtrack!
I have brought you to the seat of sweet music's throne ...
to this kingdom where all must pay homage to music ...
music...
You have come here, for one purpose, and one alone ...
Since the moment
I first heard you sing,
I have needed you with me, to serve me, to sing, for my music ...
my music ...
Ruthie, yes you can. And you can get love never die, too on cd :-)
***** There is no doubt that this cast is talented, but have you heard the original London Cast with Sarah Brightman? The first time I heard them I got chills! Amazing voices.
Why would you want to listen to Trash: The Musical? I'm sorry, I mean Love Never Dies.
+That Kid Is Missing love never dies is awesome. The plot is a bit weird, but the music and the acting was so good!
Superfruit Grassi-Hoying and that automatically makes a good musical?
+That Kid Is Not Here well the most important element of a musical is the music
These two are absolutely perfect in my mind. I absolutely adore them both and they are absolutely my favorite Phantom and Christine
sounds weird not hearing "stronGER yet"(I THINK the reason he didn't do it was because Andrew doesn't like it)any truth to that?
I thought the same u.u I love the way he sings the GER!
Danny Eyheralde I thought it's because it's the 25th anniversary so he just stuck to it for this one for once 😂
Kelly Chin that might be it as well.
That's what I thought too when I first heard it.
How was it originally written?
I'm a senior and it's my first year in play production, and we're doing this as our show. It's freaking amazing, thanks for uploading these(:
I really like how they have classical opera like songs and modern hard rock like songs in the same musical.
I used to be able to imitate Ramin. I still kinda can. One thing in life to be proud of.
Honestly my favorite song in phantom of the opera
Goosebumps
This song always gives me chills.
such an amazing production saw it twice still wanna see it again
I love both of these singers their voices are amazing and to those who've just seen the movie and the play and think it's not good read the book😒
Harley Quinn
So, if the superior musical doesn't make them like The Phantom Of The Opera, then obviously the slow and boring novel will!!!
That Kid Is Here have you read it?
I like to sing this as a one man show in my room when I’m alone, you should try it it’s kinda challenging and fun :)
Every time I hear this song I get chills!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm just an uneducated theater kid going threw a bunch of musical soundtracks I never took the time to listen to. I've done Heathers, beetlejuice, jackle and hyde, guys and dolls, Chicago and now this. After this I'm going to dear even Hansen.
Warring with DEH its not happy
I just love this Musical, it is my favorite musical of all time. I saw it years ago but my neighbor told me not to buy the CD because he gave me his with Micheal Crawford.
I got the cd last night when I saw the musical
It was breathtaking, I loved it so much
Specially the prologue and overtime scene
Ramin and Crawford are awesome Phantoms!
Really good I loved the show and I hope to be in it someday love love love it
thank you for posting the whole soundtrack
I'm in love with this song.
[CHRISTINE]
En sueño él me cantó
En sueños él vino
Esa voz que me llama
Y dice mi nombre
¿Y yo sueño de nuevo?
Por ahora he encontrado-
El Fantasma de la Ópera está ahí
Dentro de mi mente.
[FANTASMA]
Canta una vez más conmigo
Nuestro extraño dueto
Mi poder sobre ti
Crece más fuerte aún
Y aunque te apartes de mí
Para mirar atrás
El Fantasma de la Ópera está ahí
Dentro de tu mente.
[CHRISTINE]
Aquellos que han visto tu cara
Se retiran con mie do
Yo soy la máscara que llevas...
[FANTASMA]
Es a mí a quien oyen...
[JUNTOS]
Mi/Tu espíritu y tu/mi voz
En un combinado
El Fantasma de la Ópera está ahí
Dentro de tu/mi mente.
[CHRISTINE]
Ópera... Cuidado con el Fantasma de la Ópera...
[FANTASMA]
En todas tus fantasías
Siempre supiste
Que hombre y misterio...
[CHISTINE]
Estaban ambos en ti...
[JUNTOS]
2:27 Be *WARE* the Phantom of the Opera! That emphasis 😂😂😂😂
Im fucking obsess with this song for 2 weeks.. damn is there a cure for this disease?
Make it your alarm music in the morning.
+Shi Jing yeah then you'll hate it and won't be obsessed lol. Tbh I'd probably wake up singing along
There is no cure... Only more Phantom. I got the same disease.
Same here, i just read the book and i've been watching the musical non-stop. Help me c-c
Seeing the show again on Broadway this week even though I saw it last month lmao I can't get enough honestly, I LOVE Phantom of the Opera😂
Tbh If someone screamed at me to sing I would sing like this (not like this just be like well damn sing for me) Also I love this version!
Gerry is my favourite Phantom but I have to admit... this is beyond beautiful.
SIERRA IS BETTER THAN EMMY {Sorry Emmy, I love you, but Sierra is better}
Sierra is emotionally better and he can act better, but i prefer Emmy .
+Odin Eidolon que gueno q aiga jente q si save de la arte como tunas.
what good that theres pepoples konwing very much of the art like you
Braian Hernandez Thank you, but i'm just a fan, not an expert.
Personally, I prefer Emmy’s “All I Ask of You”, but Sierra is amazing.
Moony7year yeah I think the same of the situation because sierra has to sing that high note every night but Sammy only had to do it a few times in the recording studio but I do like that Emmy is so young and can still hit the high notes
When the phantom starts singing and sings again I don't know why but it's just a drug for me that note and pitch is so on point
ughhh this is the best. none of the movies can beat this. This Christine is better than the original
The best music in a musical ever.
