How lucky I am to have started playing Cyberpunk after all the patches. Compared to the older versions and the E3 version, the game now has improved lighting and richer colors. It really looks amazing, really top-notch.
What platform is this on? It would be helpful to include context in either the title or description. Based on the jerky aiming, looks like it's being played with a controller, 2.0 update footage does not have ray tracing enabled, and that population density is definitely console.
I like the 2.0 style at most, but what I absolutely don’t like is that it’s too much sunny and it’s even too bright, they should do most time grey, rainy, fog, sandstorms and some more special storms
One thing. Just one. Talking from a first hand interaction with two haters. "I was expecting yhe streets to be overcrowded with peds like the gameplay trailer" But the two were playing on the lowest settings with the least density.
what a shame the game got greener and greener over the years. Why did they ditch the 2018 color grading I don't understand tbh. There's too much contrast, exposure and wrong color correction/grading now. Yeah RT and PT are awesome but the base palette sucks.
release is basically a PS4 version backward compatibility. I would really see a similar video about PC release, I remember I played the game when it released on my new RTX 3080 but what changed?
@@bombergame5759 I know but I don't remember how the game looked when it had like Patch 1.02, definetely different. I know they added Ray Traced local shadows to the game with the Patch 1.5 on PC next to the many other RT options. But on PC there is no "disk" version, I can't download the PC version 1.0 for example.
I had got this game pre release cuz I was so hyped. But when I played it, I was so disappointed. Couldn't believe its the same developers that made Witcher series. I uninstalled it and came back to it in Jun 24 with all that Phantom Liberty stuff all ready to go and boy have I clocked 800 hours in this already. Yup. That's the CDPR I was hyped about. Made mistakes but what a way to go. It takes guts to admit that you messed up and even more balls to actually rectify those mistakes and make a huge come back. This one goes in my top tier games along with RDR2, Witcher 3, Ghost of Tsushima, GOW.
Bought the game day one on PC. Played up until "tutorial" and decided to procrastinate up until now. Played again 1 week ago and almost done with the campaign. There are still some bugs but the overall gameplay and open world experience is very enjoyable. Will definitely grab the DLC!
I got the game on the day of release on PS4 that was a doozy of a ride. But I told myself not to get a refund I even bought for my PC which ran the game with medium settings. Still couldnt play told myself to wait until I got a ps5. Did that got a ps5 then I bought the DLC and let me tell you. I am enjoying this game so much I dont even want to finish it.
Looking at the side-by-side of the release and the 2.0, the release version looks clearer while the 2.0 looks foggy like you're looking through a dirty fishtank.
I just bought cyberpunk 2077 ps4 disc , now is it possible to get the 2.0 update once i install the ps4 disc on a ps5 console ? If it is , is it for free?
Ohh god cyberpunk without path tracing looks bad, but yeah here there's no even ray tracing. Without thoose things there will be no progress in image over time (e3, release, 2.0), all the changes they made where for to be more suited for RT. That's the thing you should look for.
There really weren't any dramatic graphical improvements from 1.63 to 2.0 the drastic changes were mostly to gameplay, Really stupid things like enemy level scaling because CDRR apparently never played Oblivion to understand why that sucks and a gutting of the RPG elements oh and really stupid stuff like stamina being tied to shooting and a cyberware limit

1.63 was a better game IMO
@@ColonelBragg ok
e3 hud looks a billion times better than the one we have now. i hope they bring it back for orion
I prefer the HUD we got but depending on the art style of Orion it could work
I loved the map icons of the release version. Sadly, there's no mod available to bring them back. but yeah the menu and hud of 2018 lookt the best
@@lucalbrecht1477 I have the e3 hud and inventory mod working love it
gotta hate when we have the technology for amazing graphics, but they have to limit it so the game can run on the ps4...
@@LentelSoup the ps5 wasn’t even out when this game was being developed.

I like how the dumbass liked your comment but still didn't say what platform he used
the times of day arent even the same
dude you try make the same video then

Ray tracing cyberpunk 2077 looks better than e3 version
Green tint is more noticiable now.

i bet they accidentally deleted the E3 color grading and forgot how to make it again

PS4 can't get update 2.0

Never cared much for graphics. To me, the estethic of e3 gameplay looks way better.
Apart from the bad launch, CDPR delievered well.
I was high the other night and got lost in the city
Technically e3 is 2.0. They released a wrong/diffrrent build at launch
Is the 2.0 update footage with or w/o RT?
I do really like the e3 ui like it feels more cyberpunk than the current
You can enable it on PC by using mods

how does the e3 version feel more cyberpunk lol
Очень приятно изменили HUD . на е3 он был слишком перегруженный и не выразительный
I'm the only one who sees an error in the texture on the checkerboard floor tiles in the cafe, in version 2.0. Why and why? 7:58

Cyberpubk 2077 it's a masterpiece in graphics this the first in my a life that i see a game get an upgrade instead of a downgrade
a lot got better, but also some things really got worse
Relese looks blurry. Like its upscaled from 720 or something...
looks fine on ps5.
sit back from the tv. touch grass. relax. game looks great.
The release version has some kind of filter that made everything so blurry. Glad they removed it.

It is free you have to install it from your game library and choose ps5 version which has 2.0

nearly the same
