      I had also tested covid positive 😔
      1)Eat 2 boiled eggs in morning for breakfast and at night before sleeping with little pepper powder sprinkled.
      2)Take steam before sleeping
      3) eat protein rich food ,sprouts etc . eat kiwi fruit
      4)take vitaminc and b complex supplements and medicines prescribed by your doctor
      5)watch some comedy shows and relax.
      6)drink hot water only
      7) gargle with hot water once everyday
      8) drink turmeric milk with a pinch of pepper powder
      3 weeks almost still recovering. I have lost my sense of taste and smell and appetite has decreased 😞

    Morning drink : haldi+chia seeds+ cinnamon powder+ lemon + water
    Honey + ginger could be consumed anytime.
    You should take a spoonful of ghee in the morning empty stomach which helps to lubricate the passage of food. (I did this today, and it worked )
    1. Breakfast tea: Boiling water+ginger+ pudina leaves/tulsi leaves + jaggery + milk
    Breakfast: poha/upma/idli/dhosa
    2. Dal - rice/ chapati - green leafy vegetable and butter milk
    3. Nuts and seeds are must during this time.
    4. Evening time: Popcorn/sukha bhel/channa/ground nut
    5. Dal soup/khichdi/vegetable soup
    6. Turmeric milk

      Strong dislike because she is talking quite illogical prescribing same food for everybody and that too only vegetarian food. She never talks about the eggs, fish and meat which are very much needed for the growth of immunity in one's body. The video is anything but divine. May see the comments below. I know very well that she has no connection with medical science ever. She belongs to a Jain family and therefore can only think of vegetarian food.

      Talk to your doctor and follow the doctor’s advice. This video has advice for a healthy diet, which may not be sufficient for getting rid of Corona virus.

      test is not true. it is just litmus paper and it reacts to any acid. when the body is sick it is cleansed and acidified. therefore, the test only shows that you have eaten bad food. and remdesevir is a chemical warfare agent

    1. Stay calm
    2. stop watching news channels
    3. don't make a high of COVID
    4. Monitor your oxy at home
    5. stay positive

      Covid positive is only a test with many false positives. You may have no symptoms or mild ones. There are good remedies for early stages. Avoid the vaccine, it's very toxic.

    In the morning, she suggested all acidic foods like poha, upma, idli, dosa. They all are acidic. And in last she said you must eat more alkaline foods. It is not a diet of corona. Corona patients must take fruits and fruits juice only in the early acute stage. Less load on the digestive system, our body will act more strongly on virus and quicker the recovery.

      fruits should be taken separately and not with grains & any recipe of grains for breakfast like poha chapatti should be consumed with ghee , to avoid acidity person should eat in small quantities & chew properly so that it gets alkaline mixed with saliva 🙏🏻

      low protein diet , food should be nutritious, listen to your body , dont over exert it but keep the movement . hope this helps

      @@theyogainstituteofficial why low protein? Infact everyone should have adequate amounts of first class proteins with a complete Amino acid profile along with good fats, the human body is made up of proteins and fats..we need the same raw material to repair it

      One needs little quantity of protein for a good metabolism & the repair work
      Excess will cause , stiffness in joint & pain
      Unless someone is strenuous physical activities , then maybe the quantity can differ 🙏🏻

    My humble request to omicran patient's please must be take Raw paneer in morning and Agathi leaves recipe with Bajra roti's in afternoon and moringa leaves recipe with Bajra roti's in night this diet help to increase immunity.

      Please be aware, through her “wonderful tips”, she has mentioned a healthy diet (may be not all of the diet is healthy) and equated it with a remedy for COVID-19 without citing any study.
