      same here 42 yrs old and I do pretty descent amount of different stuff to stay fit and healthy for my age without over doing to much

    62살8개월..300개 도전 성공..16일간 24산 등정.6시간 무휴식 등산 후..허벅지 근육 탱크처럼 강화되서 300개 도전해봤는데...힘들었지만 이분들 페이스대로 성공..나이먹어도 근육힘은 쓸수록 커진다는 것을 깨달았습니다..

    Oh my gosh, I have been doing the 200 squat challenge 3 times a week along with cardio 6 days a week. But this?! I will try...tomorrow. I am so glad to see that you guys struggle a little. It makes my 45+ old self not feel so bad.

    When they were counting 95 I was tremendously shaking and then at 100 I fell to the floor though I didn't give up!😅😅

    Omg! I just had 20 minutes of Taebo and saw this video and couldn't say "no" to you ;) ... *I did it* !!! Yaaayyy *300* , I'm so proud of myself^^ (guess I'll "regret" it tomorrow and next day after tomorrow!!).Man, the 200-250 were suuper fast and those "feet up" from 250-300 were almost killing me!! I even did the "Hold" + "Pumps". It felt great, love these kind of challenges 💪 !

    Hi I now this is a late reply but just managed to get the phone fixed. I did this workout when it first came out and all I could think was. Who's going to get my child from school today. 😂 I couldn't walk. You guys make it seem sooooo easy and fun. Well done loads of fun and keep safe. 😁🤗

    This is helpful! 300 Squats solo is difficult, but always better to feel that you aren't alone. My legs and thighs feel heavier haha

    3년만에 150개 200개 째에 끝이 아닌 300개 완료 핬습니다 뿌듯합니다 이것이 운동하는 이유입니다 몸이 아주 멋지다거나 근육이 눈에 띄게 보이지 않아도 못하던 이런 운동을 끝까지 할 체력을 만들었다는거 건강합시다 다들 운동해서 건강해지자구요

    7/8 지난번 스쿼트 200개를 찾아보고 210개+hold까지 멈춤 없이 하여 300개를 도전 130,174,221,270에서 멈춰졌음. 속도가 빠르기에 힘들었고 적어도 4일이후 전까지는 도전 할 것임 건강한 하체 근육을 만들어 웨이트 하는 그날까지 화이팅
