Omg! I just had 20 minutes of Taebo and saw this video and couldn't say "no" to you ;) ... *I did it* !!! Yaaayyy *300* , I'm so proud of myself^^ (guess I'll "regret" it tomorrow and next day after tomorrow!!).Man, the 200-250 were suuper fast and those "feet up" from 250-300 were almost killing me!! I even did the "Hold" + "Pumps". It felt great, love these kind of challenges 💪 !

Hi I now this is a late reply but just managed to get the phone fixed. I did this workout when it first came out and all I could think was. Who's going to get my child from school today. 😂 I couldn't walk. You guys make it seem sooooo easy and fun. Well done loads of fun and keep safe. 😁🤗
Love all your work out but legs are my favorite. People can see a difference now. Hard work paying off. Only problem is I'm dying in this 38° weather hahaha

62살8개월..300개 도전 성공..16일간 24산 등정.6시간 무휴식 등산 후..허벅지 근육 탱크처럼 강화되서 300개 도전해봤는데...힘들었지만 이분들 페이스대로 성공..나이먹어도 근육힘은 쓸수록 커진다는 것을 깨달았습니다..
당뇨 환자인데 정말 많은 도움받고 있어요

7/8 지난번 스쿼트 200개를 찾아보고 210개+hold까지 멈춤 없이 하여 300개를 도전 130,174,221,270에서 멈춰졌음. 속도가 빠르기에 힘들었고 적어도 4일이후 전까지는 도전 할 것임 건강한 하체 근육을 만들어 웨이트 하는 그날까지 화이팅
