Ne suggest kiya kyuki mujhe gas ki problem rhti h unhone bola you tube se video nikaal k Krna mujhe sach me aaj is aasan se releief mila h mai bhut jgah se dwaayi le chuki kbhi aaram nhi mila tha thank you aaj us meri dr.     very nice mem yoga karne se hamari body ke system optimize hote hai our hum kabhi bhi beemari ka shikar nahi hote saath hi subah ke samay black tea ka sevan karna chahiye kyoki isse harmonce me kami nahi aati iske baad bhojan freash hokar dharti par beithkr khana chahiye bhojan ko turant garam khana nahi khana chahiye kyoki in future me problemo ko face karna pad sakta hai surya namaskar yoga anilom vilom jaise vyayam karne chahiye taki hum samasya se pehle he samjh sake ,,,,,,,thanks mem

    There was an Intense pain in my abdoman after dinner.Though dinner was not much heavy but the pain very painful.....
    So I searched for yoga....
    And It fulfilled my expectation....
    Pain got vanished.....👍
