    2. Don't over eat. Eat only 80% of your capacity.
    3. Don't drink water after eating till half an hour
    4. Do physical activities.
    5. Eat fibrous food like fruits, green vegetables.
    6. Don't eat what was not exist before 1900.

    Yes, it really works,.. Papa-Mammi ne bachpan se hi sikhaya hai ki bhojan ko 32 bar chaba kr khana chahiye aur 40 min. Ke baad hi pani pina chahiye. Aur khana khane ke baad tahalna chahiye.🙋🏻‍♂️
    Aur bhi bahut kuchh sikhaya hai. Jo aaj tak yaad bhi hai aur unki di huyi shiksha par chane se bahut labh mila hai.

    Thank you so much for imparting such precious information. Chewing food is so very important. Drink your food and chew your drink. This simple technique does wonders for you. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables .70% of your food should be fruits and vegetables. Not drinking water soon after eating must be followed by everyone. Avoid junk foods Thank you again for educating our young and old generation.

    1) Chew food well
    2) Eat only 80% of your hunger
    3) Eat lot of fruits and vegetables
    4) Did exercise daily if miss exercise then don't eat solid food
    5) Drink 3 to 4 ltrs water daily but don't drink before and after of one hour of food

    When chewed food enter into stomach, there releases 3 Enzymes to break it down i.e Hydrochloric acid, Mucus, pepsine. Pepsine helps stomach to digest protein in the food. But it needs an acidic medium to work. This medium provides by Hydrochloric acid. This acid is so strong that it could eat away your stomach, but due to the release of mucus, it covers all the inner walls of stomach and protects it. If in case, level of mucus decreases and hydrochloric acid increases leads to have ulcers in stomach. By the way, when these 3 enzymes come into stomach. They start churning activity (motion of stomach during digestion) in which at the beginning, stomach shrinks and then expands through which all the other enzymes combine with food and digest it properly. So it's being said, never eaten on a full stomach. Because stomach doesn't get chance to perform churning activity tends to decay or rotten food but before it gives you burping(dakar) signals.
    Furthermore, After staying over more than 5 hours in stomach. It start going into your small intestine where there it get combine with Bile juice released by liver. Bile juice digest the present fat of your food. Moreover, pancreatic and other intestinal juices mixed up with the food which leads to proper absorption of the proteins available in the food.
    Intestines having a bowel movement called Peristalsis that move food in the Foward direction. That's why physical movement is necessary as because it gets easy for Intestines to move food furtherwards. On the way, intestine wall absorbs nutrients and deliver to the blood cells. Then the waste material as well as unabsorbed food went into long intestine. Finally, passes ththrough your 💩💩💩 poop.

    The optimal manner to improve digestion at home will always be to take regularly 1 tablespoon (= 15 ml) castor oil early in the morning on an empty stomach.

      @@shashwatshekhar8189 In contrast to all the other laxatives castor oil will not work in the intestines directly by irritating them, but indirectly by activating and synthesizing certain substances in the human body, concretely:
      - When the castor oil will reach the duodenum some hormones will be created in the wall of the duodenum in order to activate the gall bladder an the pancreas to an excretion of the respective content.
      - In the duodenum the gall and the secretion of the pancreas will split castor oil in riciloneic acid and glycerine.
      - The ricinoleic acid will activate the passive histamins being deposed in the small intestine, so the peristalsis will begin (first step).
      - In the case that with the gall toxins will be carried in the duodenum the Prostaglandin Synthesis E2 (PGE2) will occur, this with cramps in the bowels and in the uterus (second step).
      So any habituation or weakening effect in moving the bowels by swallowing castor oil in a tregular manner is absolutely impossible, this one even after the regular use of castor oil for decades. Further taking castor oil regularly may be in no case dangerous but in contrast to this it will be the optimal manner to cleanse the human body from all toxins via the liver and so to strengthen the immune system.
