I've been so excited about sharing this vlog because I feel like it signals us coming to the end of one of the biggest transformations at Frowhome and I could cry with happiness! I really really hope you enjoy seeing the renovation from start to finish from our design choices, to the hurdles, to the small finishing touches and if you have any questions let me know below! We can't say thank you enough to all of our amazing workmen especially with so many unexpected delays this year - we're thrilled with the outcome of every single inch and so grateful! yes! I love the hallway but most especially that floor! and I would not mind living with that myself in my own apartment, getting rid of the scrappy carpets which admittedly are (somewhat) warmer on the feet. Is the boxed and framed wedding dress going in that hallway - is that the art piece referred to???

There isn’t anything I can say but WOW! Your home is beautiful and you’ve filled it with beautiful decor and stunning pieces of art-including your absolutely amazing marble tiles in the entrance. You have a great eye for decor but also a talent for making your home feel inviting and friendly-not the kind of house where you’re afraid to visit for fear of creasing a cushion! The two art pieces are so different but both fit the spaces soo well. I hope both yourself and Alex have many happy years together in your beautiful home x

I also wanted to say besides my previous comment about how gorgeous the hallway design is... that what is truly wonderful about your home is that it is colourful and artistic and welcoming... each room has a colourful vibe of its own and your kitchen is so lovely with the blue cabinets. The master bedroom bed and ambiance is divine. You can be proud that you have decorated your home uniquely and no having to redo your home over and over because you did it with a beautifully thought out style. xo

The hallway is absolutely stunning. I just love the tiles - they are so timeless and gorgeous. The piece you had made for the hall is perfect for the space and you can change up the decorative pieces for the seasons. Love the bust too and the fireplace is a key focal point that really pops. So gorgeous! I love the space under the staircase, it adds so much drama and a bit of grandeur. I know how nerve racking decorating a home can be as choices are pretty permanent but that doesn’t stop you from making bold choices and going for it. So well done!
Victoria, the lighting, and fixtures are stunning. I totally get just how over the moon you are with the whole ambiance of your home. I absolutely love the brass fixtures; they are perfect for bringing the home decor up to that "top-notch" level while lending that perfect warm vibe to the whole house; making it feel so complete. Everything has been thought out strategically and obtained with the allusion of ease. (not as unchallenging as it looks) One small example: moving the sockets over for the paneling to fit properly. Your house, at the end of it all, will be pristine, without the loss of that homie, warm, and comfortable essence, and ambiance that everyone longs for in their home. (It has all been so well designed.)
The flooring in the hall is gorgeous and lovely. (Yes, both gorgeous and lovely.)
I was really taken back when you said you were freezing, and you were going to put the heat on. It has been 95 degrees all weekend for us and most everywhere here in the states. I am so ready for fall and all that luscious decor and those warm and cozy dinners with friends and family. I am determined to maintain that feeling even amid COVID days. I love how Autumn appears so naturally, bringing with it the coolish nip in the air that moves the strapless and thin garments to the back of the closet and the soft enveloping jumpers to the front. This transition appears so naturally and with ease for me. While all the other seasons seem to struggle to the surface. I love all the seasons but not as much as Autumn and Spring; they are precious to me. I appreciate spring because, after winter, she is so needed and welcomed. However, she struggles to make her appearance. Perhaps that is why I appreciate that time of year so much; she makes her appearance seem such a smooth and easy transition, whereas, just like any woman worth her salt, works devotedly with a little hard-earned glow (sweat) to reach her goals.
I am not sure I know how you came up with the black chair at the bottom of the stairs. I can see a beautiful brass urn or umbrella stand or even a functional bench that one could store extra blankets inside, in that spot, but maybe that's too cliché. I love the chair, and I can see it situated perfectly in my home. I'm just trying to figure out what made you even think of it for that spot. That all-encompassing shot shows just how perfect it is in that cubby area by the stairs. Don't get me started on that cabinet-just another example of your unique, functional, and pristine style. You are quite brilliant, my friend, and should be proud of yourself, not only for the cabinet but for how everything is coming together so perfectly. That side table has that unique style that will be a conversational piece amongst you and all who visit you in your home. There is nothing in or about your home that is not lovely. All of the pictures are so fantastic and look as if they were painted or shot for your home. I can't get over how divinely everything is turning out. The word perfect keeps coming to my mind, but it is the best way to describe your home.

🖤🤍 This is absolutely amazing, so much thought and planning into the entire hallway & landings. Love the bespoke cabinet shoe storage/bench, you could even keep some spare slippers in there for when you have guests. I definitely have a no shoe policy in my house, can't be having any dirt trodden through!

Oh my goodness Victoria everything is coming along nicely in your home. I am absolutely crazy for black and white. I mentioned to my husband about painting and a black and white theme in our home. He made a face and I said trust me Its timeless and there is so much you can do with it it won’t look cold and stark! Can’t wait to see the final reveal!
