Just a fyi you don’t have to remove the whole dash to get to the heater core just remove the glove box and ac evaporator and you can get to the heater core no stress at all Had to do one in my r34 over here in aus takes about half hour to do 🤟🏻

you can only do that if the bolts have been made with that in mind, otherwise you are weakening the bolt and the likelihood of drilling perfect holes in every bolt head every time you need to replace the bolts is slim.

I have a old suzuki race quad and almost every bolt on that thing is coated with loctite and after a day of riding almost all of them are loose. They just gotta hope the tacks they put on it hold up because the loctite probably isnt going to work

Hey adam, the shop I work at we cut pool noodles down the length of the noodle and zip tie them to the corners of the lift and on the angled support arms. it helps prevent door dings and scratches. we have a veilside FD and it was on the lift and the door got bumped open and smacked the noodle and had no scratches or dings. it's a cheap thing to help prevent headaches and save money!
You need to put in dowels.Get the flywheel drill for dowels.The bolts dont get loose its the flywheel the flywheel slighly wears the inside head of the bolt and than they come loose.So if you put in dowels it will stop that.Ive done it to mine running the same power.
Front splitter/undertray/diffuser (at 11 degrees or so) provides negative lift without drag consequence, so in almost any scenario, it will make a positive impact on grip. The rear downforce effect is amplified with a rear wing acting in concert with the diffuser as well. Aero is all about air management and keeping the boundary layer in tact throughout the contour of the wing's surface. Adam, you should do testing with a splitter/floor/diffuser, and without, and Im sure you'd notice a big difference. Cheers!

In Aerospace we use safety wire or safety cable to keep fasteners from backing off, much easier to remove vs tack welds, .032 or .040 and Inconel should hold up to 600°F
Had a 2mm hole laser cut into all my fly wheel bolts and lock wired them in pairs. Haven’t had a issue with them backing out. Admittedly not a Barra but a evo 9 with balance shaft delete. Personally recommend this over welding just in case of a tac cracks etc.
Once the Mustang is complete you should let Hoonigan auto focus do a exclusive on it. After it's complete 1320 is waiting for you, throw the Evo into the Grid Life event between seasons of FD. Your builds are absolutely amazing. Keep doing what you're doing fellas, I look forward to all your future videos.

With opening doors on the hoist/ lift, we had the same issue with denting the doors but we got some stick on hard foam to put on the hoist lifters to stop damaging the doors when we open them
I don’t know if the 34 is the same but on the 33 you just remove the glove box’s and you can remove all of the heater blower and the ac matrix and the heater matrix you don’t have to remove the dashboard
Would have suggested wirelocking the bolts together, providing it could be done to clear the clutch. So long as it's loctite 271 (Red) and not another brand, it should hold up.
Do yourself a favor and buy (for the new shop) lifts with hydrolic post that goes in the ground. With those lifts, you dont hit the lift when you open the doors. Those are awesome lifts.

I said this in the last video too. I was able to replace both fittings on my heater core without even removing the heater core itself.
In this case, even if it's not to save time, I would avoid removing any interior clips and fasteners that you don't have to. Good suggestions

You should’ve used safety wires to hold the flywheel bolts in place, they use wires for airplane propellers because of how much vibration they have.

Hey i recommend trying to drill the bolts and safety wire them, it would be a lot better than trying to grind off those tacks
the rear defuser does 0 without a flat bottom, it would be really recommendable that you build one even if it's out of wood
