It's looking good. I suggest adding more dirt to build up roads & lot then add surface rock. When the land floods from the massive rain storms were starting to get .
And build a 15-foot mound of dirt to set a cabin . For a good view.

@truthtalker4038 Not really, just scrap back gravel and add fill dirt. Move the KFC drive thru, build up land, and add KFC back , only with a nice view of the desert.
I'm just kidding about the drive thru.

Spray over the engine bay and anywhere you don't want them. Will have to repeat to maintain the effect, but not sure how long it'll last in your climate.

Hi Eric. Listen, maybe a few spread-out mouse traps placed on the ground, UNDER the the engine compartment? Those critters easily can jump up from the bottom and enter any small space…and chew the lower wires. Def keep the traps on the top of the engine, but I would think doing a double-duty on the ground level just might do the trick.

Are there restrictions on which plants you're allowed to cut down? In Australia, we have very strict regulations for which native trees and shrubs we're allowed to remove. Most properties also have what they strangely call a "building envelope". By that, they mean an allocated area of the block of land that the property owners are allowed to build on.

2 suggestions with your rodent problem.
    1. Set your traps on the ground by your tires. Putting them under the hood literally attracts them up into your engine compartment.
    2. I know you love your cats, but throw them outside and their presence and natural mouse catching abilities will amaze you! Take their food and start feeding them outside. Leave them outside, day and night!

You think rats will kinda settle down, when you finish clearing trees and after all the brush you’ve cut is hauled off?

@@nomadicfanatic No doubt the rats were in the trees cut down, now they will live in the brush pile, so next is moving the brush pile. The trees being trimmed looks hundred times better, more open and spacious looking.

Have you tried peppermint oil for the rat problem? I use it around my van and have no problems.

Spray peppermint essential oil in your engine compartment (even on a rag) as rats hate that smell as shown on YT vids. I would spray the ground around the RV. If rats eat bay leaves it kills them too.

Baking soda and cornmeal in a container away from Rv. Wondering if the peanut butter in traps is not bringing them to traps?

How about lights on the ground pointing up.....like the round patio lights that come with a ground stake... Walmart has them. I use them when in the desert rv parks in and around Bouse.
