My name is Eric and I travel with my cats, “Tara” & “Opie” in a 24ft 2001 Ford Tioga RV named “Freeda” and tow either a 2014 Smart Car named “Tater Tot” or my 2012 Harley Softail Slim named “Black Betty” in a 6x10 trailer. We travel about 35 miles a day chasing 70 degrees year-round since 2010.

Lol. Albertsons in Blythe, CA has worse prices than dollar general here in town!!! It's BAD. I don't know ANYONE who shops there. They go to Parker Walmart.

@@poges I think he is in his early 40's. Myself in my late 40's and need to loose a lot of weight. Part of it is exercising and watching what eat eg. fatty foods... fatty liver. That need to take care of one's health before it gets bad or too late is the thing.

So it’s from September 15 to April 15 I just have a car SUV dodge journey. I live in it of course right now I’m stuck in the hotel rooms because I had three stents put in my heart. Dang it I’m feeling better anyway I’ve been thinking of doing that September to April and Door Dashing in Quartzsite.
When you got on the 202 ramp you were 3 miles from my house. I did a Tesla road trip to Quartzite and Yuma last week.
Was this Veterans Day weekend? That might be why they closed.

Quartzite looks like a nice place to spend a few weeks. I have never camped in the desert before but hope to. How is the dust level and can you keep most of it out of your RV?
Lol...youll never keep it out...but there are ways to reduce it... I put small furnace paper filters over my roof vent openings on the inside and it traps some of it but still gets in...an air purifier prob would help some if you have power to use one...can and does usually get dusty around those areas...
Dust and dirt don't bug me here. There's LOTS of rocks on top of the dust. (unlike my camp at Taterland. Now THAT'S dusty)
