El Grande and Wallenstein are both great games. I haven't tried Zapotec yet, but want to. -Rob
Wayne, the solo game thing is weird. I consider myself a solo gamer but also get games set up just to put them away. I think some games that aren’t designed solo feel weird to me once set up. I also don’t love operating AI opponents as it takes me out of the experience I want to have as the player.
My go to solo games are Arkham LCG, Marvel LCG, Final Girl, Empires of the North.
I have Empires of the North. I’ll have to try that solo too. -Carlos
Arkham and Final Girl are both excellent games. Need to get more of each of them played soon. -Rob
