Yeah because both the original work and the anime adaptors did a great job. I hope they adapt other darker novels from Japan and also some from Korea and China,. Akumetsu, The breaker, Reverend Insanity, Highserk Senki and similar works.

it's not from the novel specifically, no. However, it is by the novel's illustrator, the aforementioned so-bin, whose art is incredibly good. Edited Addendum, it might just be my familiarity with the ending art but on a second glance some of them does seem rather similar to illustrations in the novels. I don't know if some of them are then novel illustrations or if my mind is playing tricks on me. In either case, I'm fairly certain most if not all of the ending art is not from the novels.
If you loved the intros and outros and how the characters are portrayed in them here, just wait until you see how they are when you start watching them in the show. I bet you any money if you reacted to Overlord the views would explode :D

Honestly, this is one of the few animes that doesn't matter how many times I watch it, I don't skip any opening or ending, they are all great, if you liked them you should react to Myth & Roid, which is the group that made the songs, by the way, good video, I wish you all the luck in the world

That cute girl is Shaltear, quite possibly one of the most terrifying members of Nazarick and one of the worst people to bump into.
The art is so good at the endings because it's the official illustrators art so-bin and he is a god.
