Hi again!~ Thanks for the reaction! Some Nerissa lore!~ So Nerissa was jailed 9000 years ago because her voice drove humans mad. At the same time as her jailing, her second horn was broken off, severely limiting her demonic powers. After the escape with the rest of Advent, Nerissa has two goals in mind after joining Hololive: the first obviously to sing for us humans (luckily her one-horned self is just enough reduced in power not to cause problems) and the second is to find her missing horn and restore herself to her full power. Nerissa at her full power has six wings, which makes the image of her unfurling those two wings in this MV both triumphant and a little sad. Triumphant because she is free and she can sing again to the humans she wanted to badly to hear her songs but sad because she still pines for the form she had stripped from her 9000 years prior. As Shrek taught us all those years ago, Lore has LAYERS. Like onions. Also bumping Hakos Baelz reactions and bumping you checking out Hajime's Bandage 3d live dance cause it was insane and you need to see this girl movvvvvve.

NERISSAK? In all seriousness, one of the most amazing singers in all of Holo, she was supposedly classically and operatically trained. And yes, she's the Demon of Sound (and designated Midwesterner representation in Holo, OPE and Culvers all the way, lol). She's super sweet and seemingly everywhere. Her, ERB, and Ollie from HoloID share that in common. Saying any of their names tends to reveal that they were already there the whole time.

Her song Bibidiba is fantastic, or if your down for something amazing she was on the First Take RUclips channel with her song Steller Steller.

Im not an avid watcher of Nerissa so don’t know her raven’s name but her fan name is Jailbirds, yes members of her family have been on her streams using png models, and from what I’ve seen of clips… can sometimes be more unhinged then she is (and she is up there on unhinged scale in EN)

My recent favorite of hers is *"Overkill"* if you want to compare her oldest (this) to one of her newest songs. ("Go Getters" is getting a lot of hype for being a huge collab, but I personally don't think it shows off Calli's strengths, and is pretty far outside her "usual style".) And of course there's always classics like "Red", "Off With Their Heads", "Q", "Mera Mera", "Wanted, Wasted" and more. And of course probably the most introspective and deeply personal song she's ever made, "End of a Life". (I wouldn't start out with the latter though, as the style is rater atypical for her - and it honestly hits more if you know her usual persona first.)

She's kinda gone shitty J-pop in recent years since she got signed to a record label. I'd recommend checking out DemonDice instead.

Mori Calliope is my kami Oshi, i have 3 of her cds and listen to them in my car everyday. her music style fluctuates so much very few of her songs sound similar outside of a generic sound. and she has a endearing sense of humor which is very goofy and dorky
