Honestly, to me, the thing that freaks me out the most about how Breaking Bad has shaped the image of Giancarlo is the fact that it’s him having a neutral expression that is scariest about the character of Gus. The character of Gus is cool, calculated, and when you’re in his way, looks at you with a cosmic apathy that could drain all the warmth from your body with just a deadpan stare. So imagine if Giancarlo just looks at you in, y’know, just in passing, that’d still probably send a shiver down my spine, even if he was just scanning the room for something as mundane as trying to find somewhere to sit.
@@MiguelStinson88 Not really, iirc they never mention gus when hector, walt, or hank ask for him they always send them to a manager which is either lyle or that other lady

Most of the casts of Breaking Bad are of average to above-average height. I think the only one of the main casts close to being "tall" is probably Anna Gunn, who is 5'9; tall for an adult female, but none of them stood above 5'11, which is Bryan Cranston's height. But for Giancarlo (or Gus in this case), I'd like to think that his average height allows him to blend even more with his surroundings, adding to the façade of a modest businessman
The only thing is his Spanish sucks. Anyone who speaks Spanish and watches breaking bad knows that the Spanish in the show is really bad. i didnt mind. It showed how killing Gus had consequences and a lot of crazy guys were out of control
The neo nazis are so one sided, much like the real nazis (allied vs axis) in world war 2. With gus, maybe its like allies vs central powers in ww1. You can sympathize at least with gus and especially mike.
I know. After gus, it was pretty much anticlimactic
Such tremendous actor and memorable characters.
Giancarlo when he gets off set: well maybe I don’t wanna be the bad guy
Gus Fring did a great job impersonating Giancarlo Esposito
He could have said “You are mine” in order to intimidate her more.
That just says how great of an actor he is
That means Giancarlo played his character SO DAMN WELL it left an impression on everyone, myself included.
*“A man provides for his family, Walt”*
Should have said after he came out in his serious voice, "I wouldn't go in there if I were you."
Now thank me and shake my hand.
Gotta give the woman credit. Her bladder control was on point😂
Bro Gustavo really good at acting Giancarlo Esposito
Giancarlo Esposito is a very underrated actor. He's one of the best in the business.
No matter how tough you are, they all got killed by a chemistry teacher
@Adrian大男孩 you're goddamn right
Imagine if the woman looked at him and said *Ohhh you’re the chicken mannn*
I love this man, he is a national treasure
"But....but i must leave"
"Why you need my permission, just like I am your daddy?"
If i'll ever meet Giancarlo Esposito,i'll refer to him as "El Presidente" lmao
