Yh I really don't like American late night show hosts but Conan is the exception. He's really good at reading people and getting the best out of them.

She tells extremely interesting and outlandish stories and never finishes them, which is what i find extremely funny. Her stories are like hilarious cliff hangers that let the audience finish the joke in their head sorta. In my opinion, Aubrey Plaza is the epitome of normalcy. The terms “normal” and “weird” are subjective and can vary greatly from person to person. As someone who is also a bit awkward, I find Aubrey to be incredibly relatable and down-to-earth. She’s just like me in so many ways and I find that incredibly refreshing.

This info from some of the bonus features on the Parks and Rec DVD set, I think (I've also read it numerous places online).
