i just went to thailand this year. two weeks before the first episode was released and just a few days later i sat at the same place in bangkok. i instantly asked for the fullgas in honor of our franco - that moment... i felt like sitting under the christmas tree as a child. seeing this and then being there was one of the best feelings ever. the best holidays of my life, asia is amazing
This whole concept needs to be made into a Netflix Series…the mass exposure from the platform alone could help the average person understand cultivation of the plant, creation of new strains, pioneers along the way, and struggle it is for these local farmers WORLDWIDE, despite growing the best cannabis on Earth 🌍. I actually kept Trainwrecks mom's for almost 4 years it was a staple, everyone loved it. The seeds had to be shipped in with merchandise to get through customs, man how things have changed! I am Thai. I would like to recommend you to go to Pai district in the northern part of Thailand. That place is a cannabis lover's paradise. There is marijuana for sale in every store. Smoke marijuana freely, you have to try it.

Used to know old proper hippies who told me they started growing under lights using Street type lambs, think that's all that was available, these ppl had serious brain power and way ahead in the art of indoor growing of female only plants, he talked about the original indoor strain been grown in the early 70's in england and my home Ireland, they said the plant was called cheese don't know if it was Satavia or Indica don't think they had crossed strains yet, but idk it was my parents era, great getting knowledge about my favorite flower ☘️💚

so you collect seed from people worried about a $1200 license, then grow it in some ridiculous expensive megacorporate greenhouse? lame! one of the cool things about thailand is the entrepreneurial spirit and presence of small businesses. it would have been a lot cooler to invest in these farmers and let them do their thing, in my opinion.
4Years ago i was in Thaijail and get banned and get black listed in Thailand only because of 2 rolled joints that I buy in Amsterdam Bar in Koh Pangnam. Even I am now a Medical Cannabis Partient. And now they are Wideviewed? Wow Thanks Thailand for banning me in my first visit in Thailand. I never do wrong to nobody and sit in Jail for nothing and I nearly loose everything. The Hawaiian Snow is such a special race, growed a mixpack from greenhouse where it was in about 12-13 years ago. That was the most amazing in smell in taste. Never met anything like that since then
judging plants by their smell alone at some random point in their growing cycle is no proper way to judge which strain is better, tastier, or stronger, but im sure they know that. The more potent strains don't taste like (for example) banana and strawberry and all those popular flavors, more potent and natural landrace strains can taste bitter, herbal, spices, earth, and much more. They are likely missing out on the true dank and super potent strains by walking past so many. Also locals would never divulge the best local strains as they dont want the genetics spreading.
I agree this seems very for the camera I dont think master growers are giving out their familys traditions an varieties of the plant. Its cool watching these marijuana movies but just know the best is kept secret for a reaon so it dosent become a commercial product owned by a big company or destroyed or brought to government lab .
I also agree with the spiceyness an earthy ive had some killer buds that didnt give off that store bought fruity but ive also had aome very strong tastey buds too but i never can judge a bud by its look or smell the smoke an edible experience is my tester I also dont realy have a bag appeal mindset ive had some really not "good" looking bud but its super strong an clean as hell an had amazing looking buds that just burn dirty but my two cents peace fellow smoker grower

Used to know old proper hippies who told me they started growing under lights using Street type lambs, think that's all that was available, these ppl had serious brain power and way ahead in the art of indoor growing of female only plants, he talked about the original indoor strain been grown in the early 70's in england and my home Ireland, they said the plant was called cheese don't know if it was Satavia or Indica don't think they had crossed strains yet, but idk it was my parents era, great getting knowledge about my favorite flower ☘️💚

so you collect seed from people worried about a $1200 license, then grow it in some ridiculous expensive megacorporate greenhouse? lame! one of the cool things about thailand is the entrepreneurial spirit and presence of small businesses. it would have been a lot cooler to invest in these farmers and let them do their thing, in my opinion.

4Years ago i was in Thaijail and get banned and get black listed in Thailand only because of 2 rolled joints that I buy in Amsterdam Bar in Koh Pangnam. Even I am now a Medical Cannabis Partient. And now they are Wideviewed? Wow Thanks Thailand for banning me in my first visit in Thailand. I never do wrong to nobody and sit in Jail for nothing and I nearly loose everything. judging plants by their smell alone at some random point in their growing cycle is no proper way to judge which strain is better, tastier, or stronger, but im sure they know that. The more potent strains don't taste like (for example) banana and strawberry and all those popular flavors, more potent and natural landrace strains can taste bitter, herbal, spices, earth, and much more. They are likely missing out on the true dank and super potent strains by walking past so many. Also locals would never divulge the best local strains as they dont want the genetics spreading.
