Portuguese Fried Fish | Teen Cuisine

Hey there everyone! Today I'm sharing my favourite fried fish recipe ever. My Avó Graça always makes it for us, and it's absolutely amazing. 😁

Ingredients
• 2,5 kg Kingklip; cut into small portions
• Salt to taste
• 3 cloves Garlic; minced
• 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
• 3 Lemons; juiced
• 5 Eggs; whisked
• 2 cups Flour
• 3/4 cup Neutral Oil
Season the fish portions with salt, garlic, olive oil and lemon juice. Combine well and set aside for 10 minutes.
Heat the oil in a medium skillet.
Dip the fish in flour, then eggs and fry immediately. Fry the fish 3 minutes per side.
Serve and enjoy!
