An oldie but packed with good little tricks and tips.
SO many little tips and tricks in Adobe software!! Thank you for another great video tutorial!! You're the BEST!
Thanks a million! 👍
To be honest, people should give a credit to you when they make a project, because you teach and help alot!😀
Haha. Thanks. It's all good. I'm just glad people take some value and enjoy what they see/learn
Ripple Trim Next Edit and Previous Edit hotkeys! Game changer !!! thx
dude this is why I'm suscribed to you. GOSH I WAS LOSING SO MUCH TIME USING THE RAZOR TOOL!!!! Thank you so much!
YES!
always clear an straight to the point !
Glad you enjoyed it!
How do you ripple edit frame by frame like you do the roll edit?
another great video Nathaniel, this one is so good as "17 POWER Tips" video, thanks for your expertise.
Nicolas Guerrero, Thank you so much! 🍻
4:00 For this problem, you could use "Rolling edit". It's like "Ripple edit", but just effects the current track
Keep the Premiere Pro tutorials coming! Thank you!
Of course! More and more coming :D
wow, you have the prefect voice to do tutorials , you sound very clear and precise and more than anything your voice is very pleasant, thank you for teaching me this awesome trick, I think Im gonna explore your other videos to see what other hidden Easter eggs you have hidden
Good tips, but in this instance, I think "Ripple Trim Previous / Next Edit" would be even faster for editing. The "Q" and "W" shortcuts are indispensable for even more speed in editing in Premiere.
Awesome work! I'm looking for a "Ripple Cut" function, essentially to be able to remove the footage, copy to clipboard, and close the gap it left in one keystroke. I can't seem to find an answer anywhere, thoughts?
Excellent tutorial - Thanks 🤜💯! I guess you are not using a Wacom tablet or do you? Would be really cool have a tutorial on how to configure your tablet for Premiere pro. There's hardly anything on this topic on YT.
I use my Wacom all the time, but not in Premiere. I'll see what I can do about something for the Wacom and Premiere. No promises, but I'll look into it :D
dude! you are awsome!
Thanks so much for the kind words!
Wow, again. Thought i knew all about ripple delete(edit). Thanks Nat!
Thanks for watching! 😀
Awesome, thank you!!
Julio de Guezala thank you so much!
Does Premiere have the "Ripple Trim" tool, which basically allows you to fast forward or backward in the footage, allowing you to fine tune where your in and out points are, so without changing the length of the vid itself and moving things around.
I had a hard time ripple deleting with multiple clips. Thanks for the tip to lock layers!
It can be such a useful option to have.
Good info!
Thank you!
Thanks! 🍻
#Thanks NathanielDodson... Hot Key on a PC for Keyboard Short Cuts is CTRL Alt K ...
For Add Edit at Play Head with One Keyboard Short Cut ... Type in search "Add Edit " apply R...
then it is quick... QWR ... K is pause... J is reverse... L is forward... K+ J or K with move the play head one frame forward or one backwards... Double taps of J or L will fast forward the play head super fast...
useful tutorial for me bro
Glad you enjoyed it!
...thank you...you made my work a lot easier...
Glad to hear! Thanks for the love!
HELLO DEAR
i realy like all of your tutorials
i was asking if you can make a la casa de papel color grading tutorial with davinci
ty
Thanks for the kind words! I'll check out the video you mentioned.
I'm just getting started with Premiere Pro. Please make more actual videos about the basics of Premiere Pro. About how to get started for beginners. The other beginner-videos are 3 to 5 years old with older versions of Premiere Pro and low quality video and sound. They need a refresh for 2018.
Sounds good! I've been working on some new beginner level video editing tutorials. Thanks for the tip!
Thanks. I'm particularly demanding this because I watch you on a WQHD monitor (just as you and your videos are also 1440p) and everything on your screen matches my screen so I can easily switch between the video and my Premiere Pro and everything is almost exactly the same. Furthermore the sound in your new videos is really good in combination with your cool fast way of talking - I like that :)
Working with premiere since cs3 and all the time using "Shit+Delete" :) Thanks for the video!
Thanks for watching!
You'd probably love the FCPX Magnetic Timeline. Same thing except no need to switch tools, so even less clicks.
So many beautiful features in FCPX 😭
I need a patch file for premiere and after effects
Nice
Thanks, 331slash!
Do you making any Avid media composer tuts
I've never used Avid for anything more than transcoding some things. I really don't know too much about it :|
I think that you waste more time locking tracks than using the razor tool manually
Not when you have multiple cuts to make across a project
That would explain your 90s hair cut.
That's right
Third, but I didn't finished it yet at this moment
Love it! :D
First
YES YES YES!
Second!
Maybe next time you will be first! 😀Thanks for watching!
Interesting tricks, BUT your Title is misleading, since you talk about Ripple EDIT, not DELETE !!!
Change the Title
