    loved this practice!! perfect for just waking up and releasing all the crunchiness and tension in my body. i had no idea how stiff my side body is when waking up, this was the perfect medicine. thank you!! :)

    This was just what I needed for my tight shoulders. I've been practicing upper body work outs and the sore muscles have also led to tightness on that area. I appreciate this quick but useful flow. Much Love!

    Love the new twists and stretches, Paula! Simple yet challenging. Really does the trick in loosening up your body! And a short enough session if you don't have much time before bed time.
