I live in East Anglia where the charity shops prices are much higher. A shirt would be £8/£9. Lovely to see your finds!

That's interesting. I know that ths stores are affected by the rates but 2 stores opposite each other on the same street in the City Centre had vastly different prices. You really need your wits about you, but I do enjoy it.

Our thrifts occasionally have new items with tags on. I got two ladys shirts this week made of linen Both were plaids! They go nicely with a solid fuchsia and a blue I got previously! The dresses are mostly poly blends and not usually a good quality. I fid , however, find two mens shirts in 3x of hardly worn low volume. A stripe and a traditional blue on white. Getting there is slow but the tags are half to 75% off depending on the day.I had to pass on three shirts due to ill usage .Some things aren't worth the time. The larger shirts give a lot of fabric for the price as shops are charging around $14 US per yard ( 36 inches × 40 inches) ! 😮

I must admit that most of the dresses I see are mixed blends, but I've found some real gems over the years. Happy hunting!
