Scanning ECU Possible? Trying to Scan 2023 KTM 300 XC with OBD2 Readers

Trying to get into the ECU on the 2023 KTM 300 XC so that we can clear trouble codes without having to visit a dealer. I show the cable I used to connect with a OBD2 reader and test a few OBD2 scanners to see if we can connect to ECU. I was unsuccessful but learned some information and have purchased more scanners in an attempt to make it work.
