RV Propane Leak!

- One of the worst things you can smell in an RV is propane. On our last trip to Ticaboo resort we could smell propane while setting up. Luckily we had full hookups so we were able to make do through the weekend. When we got home and started looking around we found a broken propane line under our 5th Wheel. Instead of taking it in for repairs as usual we fixed it ourselves relatively simply.

Thank you for getting to the point. Very informative and a great video for those who have the tackle the same issue.
W. T. Marx thanks for watching
Thank you for a well done, informative and to the point tutorial. This will help greatly when I cut down the LP line from my rv fridge.
Thanks for watching.

I’m restoring a 71 chinook 18 plus, updated everything
Awesome. Thanks for watching.
This really helped man. I blew a tire which in turn destroyed my lp lines finally going to fix.
Glad it helped. Thanks for watching.
We own a 2006 Pleasure Way Plateau LT class B, and have been very fortunate that repairs have been a minimum...the last repair was replacing the turbo resonator on the 2.7L Benz diesel engine, it was an easy fix, and we have full power again!
Left Turn in Albuquerque always good to get back to full power.
You're hired. When can you start.
Need to talk pay first lol.
Good take on this fix, should you have used some white Teflon tape?
Randall Fitzgerald I didn’t put it on because it did not have it before and I did not see any on the other fittings.
Would "Loctite" help keep the thread locked against the vibrations of driving?
Molly Quinn I don’t know. It didn’t break at the threads it broke at the back of the nut. I don’t know if you are supposed to use lock tight on that sort of stuff. Good thought I will look into it. Thanks for watching
@@JauntJunkies I had a crazy man pound my gas meter with a board in the middle of January & my house filled with gas. The gas repair guy had to reseal every joint from the meter to the furnace. So I just wondered if you needed to do some kind of gluing. Great job though!
