Gary, Phil and Tracey Neville sat down with Sky Sports' Geoff Shreeves for a fascinating and engaging interview covering a whole host of subjects.
The trio discussed the key role parents Neville and Jill played in their sporting careers, how Gary acted as mentor to his younger siblings, when Phil took Gary's place in Manchester United's line-up for the 1996 FA Cup final with Liverpool, the end of Phil's Old Trafford career and what it was like when the two brothers faced each other for the first time.

Imagine being a dad and having 2 sons and a daughter all played for England imagine how proud he must be
Must’ve of been he died a few years ago
Neville Neville, legend
Plot twists : their dad wanted them to be engineers and daughter lawyer
Lies again? Bang Bros
If it wasn't obvious Gary Neville carried this channel before, since isolation it's became so apparent, for me he is the best pundit Britain has to offer.
@@LUFC123 He didn't play for Leeds.

Funny
I agree with you, but I bet that prick Gary Linaeker still gets paid more!
G Art Haha exactly😂😂
Gary and Jamie
Phil wore the Everton shirt with the same passion and honour any lifelong Evertonian would and you can't ask for more than that. Proud to have had you as our Captain. Cheers Phil COYB!
I think he was better at Everton.
Messing aren’t you? He was absolutely shite and summed up Moyes Mediocrity.
@@kincaidwolf5184 You do realise back then most of the squad was english?

Wowww, Gary's entire life was about Utd., literally everything! What a captain, what a legend...
My opinion of Gary Neville has shot out of this stratesphere by his honesty in interviews. Top person. From a Liverpool fan.
@@sashman02 Bingo! No ego, no need to be right. He informs himself and even backs off an opinion when he’s demonstrated to be wrong. Love the lad.

Tracey Neville should've been BBC Sports personality coach of the year the year her dad died in Australia whilst she was coaching the national team. to carry on, with that at the back of her mind, takes a lot of strength and courage. The coach of the year went to Colin Montgomery for "coaching" the Ryder Cup Team!! come on.. really!!
Lionboy2930 agree with you
That's BS she shouldnt win just because her dad dued
was the right choice and obviously so. Parental loss however sad isn't a coaching achievement. Come on, really.

That was brilliant Nevilles. No doubt your father is looking down proud of you all.
Gary is the ultimate pro.

Sky sports football... Class of 92 being interviewed by shreevesy would be the nuts
I never knew they had a sister who was also a sportsperson! Great stuff.
Who else loves the convo between Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher?
@LucasTorreiraisthegoat Their convo is lit though.
@LucasTorreiraisthegoat Mate do you get paid to spread your shite opinions? Because I think you should be getting paid for this level of effort
@LucasTorreiraisthegoat I love how you banter other clubs but your club is doing way worse than they are.
@LucasTorreiraisthegoat Far better than the drunk Merson
For sure. Both Gary and Jamie are legends and everything you could ask for as a teammate, player and pundit and they seem like great people too, just like you sense that Phil and Tracey is too.
Great show, even greater family... these guys have got the right attitude to their sports/job roles and they are all really top people as well, respect guys 👊🏻
this is the best interview ever done by sky
What a lovely family. So interesting to see the dynamics and Phil Neville comes across as a really lovely man
Tracy is amazing! She supported her brothers in a fun way by also getting involved.
Geoff is the best around. A really thought out selection of inquisitive questions.
And he finally stopped filming with a Nokia 3310.

What a great bunch of siblings, their family must be very proud of their achievements on and off the field
What a delight these 'off scripts' have been and this interview was the best so far. They don't know me and we will never meet but I'd like to thank the Nevilles for allowing me to take a look into their relationship with one another (family banter was endearing) and for being so open in sharing the most difficult time in any child's life in the loss of a parent. God's blessing to each of you; you've not only been a credit to your family but also your country and to yourselves!
Wonderful and supportive sporting family. They have achieved so much.
What an honest group chat. I'm glad i clicked on it. What a family. More blessings to you all.
Tracy is such a strong woman. Such an inspiration
“But it’s your brother!!”
...”but I’m playing for Manchester United!”
😂 that’s what our lads were like and why we were so goddamn successful.
Havin been a German United Fan ever since I was 9 (1999), I was about to leave that club behind, because it had lost all its meaning to me. And passion. And Genuineness. But now watching Ole and the Nevilles get much closer to the club, and now telling their stories and so on, it feels much more relatable again. I hope this trend continues at United and in Football :)
'Stay on target' 😉
@@grahamgibbins8140 Ha , I will :) The magic gleam of Old Trafford is still there :)
It's a corporation, not a club.
Finally, the top Neville sibling!! About time. That was great.
Gary calls Jamie "Carra" as well. Best Buddies? I think so.
Geoff’s quiff has turned into a sick left hand breaking wave! 🌊 🏄♂️
Fond memories of the late Nev Neville.
A true Bury fan and one of our own. Top family with a lovely mum Jill at the top of the tree.
That was a really enjoyable chat. Best one so far for me. Nice.
For some reason the first thing that comes to my mind now is that a couple of years ago when Jamie and Phil were doing MNF and Carra got asked this: "Which Neville brother do you prefer?"
Carragher: "I prefer Tracey"😂😂😂😂
Phil was a true Everton captain a great player for us very underated was a true blue on and off the pitch thankyou Phil NSNO
@mandem Why would our fans hate him? He was the ultimate professional.
@@sukhdevr3489 We wouldn't and didn't hate him. What's to hate? Gave his all.
Amazing siblings and hope they'll serve as role models not only in the UK but around the world. Showing support for each other instead of merely competition among siblings.
This is a great segment. You can tell they’re a proper family
Fascinating to watch the Neville sibling dynamics!
Amazing family, so open, so honest, so close.

A credit to Neville Neville. Yep. That is actually their dad's name.
ive got to say that my opinion of Geoff has changed alot over the last few weeks, i didnt particulay like him alot previously but my view has changed consiberably........bravo Sky and Mr Shreeves
You like Geoff. You don't like him reading from a script by technology, media and marketting professionals in a television studio ;)
What an inspirational family the nevilles Manchester is proud of all of them
Totally agree not many clubs have this kind of affection whole family for United and two brothers getting to play together.

These two great players did all they could for their club.. Wore the same jersey with the same passion and determination.. A splendid mark of loyalty!!

Phil was a really decent player for us. Alongside the skillful players like Pienaar and Arteta you need to rest to give 110% and that's what he did. Shame we couldn't win a trophy with that 07-10 team.

Absolutely brilliant demonstration of everything here, fantastic questions by the legend Geoff, The marvel of modern technology connecting everyone in these trying times. A family of sporting legends in their own rights and respective fields, no nonsense and brutally honest and real about some very tough issues that aren’t truly recognised. It requires allot of dedication and sometimes negligence to achieve greatness but it’s the sacrifice they make. A credit to your father Neville Neville Snr would be proud. Also GNev is Sky Sports
Cheers Geoff!

I'm sure Gary referred to Andy Cole and Dwight Yorke as "Yorkie" and "Coley" in a previous video this week :)
Yeah he did. Must be getting forgetful in his old age. Also Gaz is older but Phil has more grey hair lol.
Well done Sky Sports even though Geoff is annoying at times what a great interview. Heart warming and interesting insight about the Nevilles. Die hard Red's such a special sporting family. Was nice to see Gary being more open personal life and showing his daughters a side he doesn't show often.
