Wish I had more of the original! In a vault at Universal somewhere.

I love Terminator 2:3D. I am mimicking my bathroom as the VIP Room from Hollywood.

Incredible footage. Thanks for posting this. I believe this is at Digital Domain where they filmed the close-up shots. Where did you get this amazing footage?! You worked on the making of documentary if I am not mistaken, right? If you witnessed the green screen shoots, I may have another question for you about how they did a certain shot.

Yes I worked on the doc. Which shot were you wondering about?

@@devosentertainment during the first act of the show, Kimberley gives a presentation. On the jumbotron, we can see her. Later, Sarah, John, T-800 and T-1000 arrive. John (Edward Furlong), Sarah (Linda Hamilton) and T-800 (Arnold Schwarzenegger) appear on that jumbotron, which was filmed against a greenscreen. I have seen a lot of behind the scenes material for this show, but only Linda and Edward appear together before the greenscreen with filming. Could it be that Arnold filmed his greenscreen somewhere else (like here in the Digital Domain location) and that they digitally inserted him into the Linda/Edward greenscreen footage?
Another greenscreen question, did they film the act 3 shots (inside Skynet - John/Terminator vs T-MEG) of Arnold/Edward at the Digital Domain location?

@@HopeOfTheFuture2029 Certainly possible, though I couldn't tell your for sure. I wasn't present for his filming of that stuff.

Is the thumbnail trying to allude to Shakespeares 'Othello' by any chance ! ? 🤣

I don't know why movies today would cost hundreds of millions when most scenes are done with software.

Perhaps AI will deliver a satisfying cinema experience at a price. Until then, every artist, technician and business person you see in the credits has a cost, sometimes a very substantial cost. Software takes time to learn to use well. It’s like any other tool. It ain’t the gear, it’s the engineer. A hammer does not build a house.
