So, in some ways, you're right, because Chicago, Phoenix and Houston in particular are NOTHING like NY. LA is the closest to NY, but the cost of living in conjunction with rent prices is still cheaper than NY on the majority of indexes.

I get called over, shyly I go and make out with the guy, who btw was tonguing me down like the world depended on it. After that bob asked me where I was from since she knew all the twinks in the city and I was a fresh face. I told her I was from CT and she looked disappointed. She asked me to do a single number and strip I performed a nicki Minaj song cant recall which since they all sound the same. I started to get tips from the older gentlemen bob cuts the track and says alright you're taking my tips get down. BEST NIGHT EVER.

I LOVE Sherry Vine. I only heard of her and first saw her in the Australian comedy queen tour. It also had lady bunny and Jackie beat. It was my first introduction of these queens (aside bunny who I heard her name through Rupaul). And as they said in the video, people respond to talent! These queens were so funny. I didn’t know who they were at the start of the show, and they ended up being my favourite acts. Love the legends. Hope to see another tour soon!
PS: for the awesome production, here's a "European" trick with sound and moving pictures: (I'm sorry, I kinda went to college for this and someone might see this and learn from the comment section??'') I'm not being annoying I swearr. So, a Lavalier (the little mics on their chests) work 100 TIMES BETTER if you glue them to the skin, underneath the clothing, preferably clothing that doesn't make much noise when friction happens. HOWEVER, when the mic is OK being visible, place it between the collarbones and a little to the right or left, USE MEDICAL TAPE or EXERCISE tape and GLUE it there. On the skin. The mic catches every tiny, little noise produced by its own plastic/metal build, so the snap used to attach it onto clothing is actually - shit, complete horseshit. If you'd like (to the production) experiment with taping the mics where mentioned, with the wires going into the actor's back, through the waistline, and more tape to avoid mechanical noise too - if needed. Use a claquette or an obnoxious clap near every mic (you can bring the cast all near, in one spot) - AFTER pressing RECORD on the camera - that MUST have the AUDIO on, and then, do the loud noise. Easy & peachy pseudo-European TV and Short-Film tricks to go on budgets, and get bomb sound + uber quick post-production. Even though I'm Portuguese I must admit, Le Cahier du Cinéma did have it's pleasant moments.
