So stoked to ride the new trails and see the changes at WindRock! Coming for the GoNuts enduro. Congratulations and thanks for investing in and expanding the options for us Enduro riders from NC/SC/GA!
Awesome job, Aaron! I rode Windrock in 2021 and loved it. it definitely needed some infrastructure and amenities for mountain bikers. Getting stoked on getting back there with all these improvements. It wasn't mentioned but I'm sure it's been addressed is a bike wash station.
Super pumped on this. I loved windrock when I lived out east before but it was gnarly. My girlfriend couldn’t really ride anything and I even got worked late in the day. Now that I’ve moved back east, I’m looking forward to there being some stuff for all levels so I can relax and do some laps with my riding partner.
Can’t wait to visit in April. Got to hang out at the Hub in Pisgah last year and it was such a cool concept. Pretty cool to see you doing something similar at Windrock. Coming from the DMV and love the kind of trails like we have at the Fred Shed, so stoked about your trails. I love your philosophy, and how you build them with multiple lines and lots of variety. I’ll be bringing my Ibis Oso which is a pretty big and burly emtb and wouldn’t mind at least a time or two pedaling to the top. Can I do that there? If not, with enduro emtbs becoming more popular, any thoughts of putting an EMTB climbing trail in? Keep up the great work, just wish you were closer. Lol
I'm torn between being excited to see more options and potential for some really great riding, and being totally bummed about seeing all of this happening in a place I've had my eye on for years as an option for returning to the state I was born in. I want to ride. I don't want to pay ski resort pricing and have to wade through a sea of humans, which is why I cancelled all daydreams of Whistler and stopped riding the Tahoe area parks. It's a tough balance to find.
Fourtunaly you can still ride all the same old gnarly that you can now and have before, all I see it as is more options on the other side of the mountain
This will be better then in the past for bikers. The ATV/UTV crowd is annoyingly huge at Windrock. MT bikers having their own building and seperate from the other crowd will make it even better experience.
Love this bike park!
Love that the area is continuing to be developed. The park is going to get insane.
Don't loose sight of the classic windrock we all love! ❤
Go on Aaron, you are a legend and we love you for your great offer at the sport!!!😊😊
All the best Mr. Gwin! Hope to meet you down there one day.

Nice! Congrats buying the resort. Wish you all the best. I will have to make a trip down there. Hopefully, I can camp out nearby with my truck camper.

I hope next summer I can make it out there and check it out would love to come out there have the old man on the course
Pumped to check it out. Looks like there's been a ton of work done.
Awesome video and great to see the progress!
Well done Aaron on what you’re doing! I’ll probably never get to ride there being in the UK but wish all the very best 🤘❤️🌈🕊️🌍
AG for the win, looks great man!

You’re awesome champ!
sick AF
Stoke is High at Windrock for sure!
Awesome... is there going to be a new bike wash or do we have to use to same one as the off road buggies?

If it’s adding a minute ride time for Aaron than the added top section will be adding like 5 minutes for me!!😂
wicked
Will there be an option for non-shuttlers (e power) to just ride the trails, not pay for a shuttle, and have a trail(s) to ride to the top??
You could go to Bakers Creek in Knoxville. It’s a petal only bike park with a lot of good variety and a few really good downhill trails.
@@MattGoesSkiing sure. But not making a trail to the top would be a mistake and just be another missed revenue stream.
Bring back southern rocks
