Turns out you can actually enter Thailand for up to 60 days. You can then extend it another 30 when you are here giving you up to 90 days. Even better!
Yes, CNY is a great time to visit Bangkok and you'll be able to visit temples but they will be very busy! there will; be some celebrations in Chinatown
Why no mention of the ETA ( electronic travel authorisation) for all visa exempt countries that could be appearing next year after being just suspended from implementation from 2024m
I just got surprised with a last minute trip on boxing day. Given my limited time to prepare (probably won’t get all my shots done in time), what’s some advice you’d give me to better prepare?
@@BangkokJack858looking forward to revisiting Thailand after a long absence. Last time I visited I had to change airports to take another plane to Malaysia. A very bad mistake not to enjoy the beautiful weather of humid Bangkok 😂
@graguitar6493 I loved the songkran Atmosphere though I did not go to Silom or any other place where thousands of people celebrated. Don't like crowded places. But tbe whole songkran vibe everywhere was something very special for me

do you think if there go through with there plans to make only medical, will it still be readily avalible or ways for tourists to get? i know the planned fine wasnt that large for having... though selling different story

1900 Baht isn't worth it for just 30 days. I'd sooner hit Cambo for the weekend then return and get another 60 days free.
@@creamrising also a good plan!
I'm travelling from Ireland do I need to get a visa on line or do I get one when I land in Bangkok?
So how much is the Visa on Arrival to enter Cambodia plus travel costs?@@creamrising
@@rickysackfield8796With an Irish passport just turn up and and you'll get a 60 day Visa Exempt stamp for free which is not a Visa (hence the name)
I was gifted on Christmas with a trip to Thailand in September next year, I'm going through everything I need to know.

Hi Jack
Is CNY is a good time to be in bangkok? Major temples (attractions) will be closed or open?
