I’ve been working out 6 days a week, honestly it feels easier to keep up than only several times a week because when you do it daily it’s quicker to get into the habit, and gives you less opportunity to say today’s my rest day (and feel bad & lose motivation after a few days) . It doesn’t have to be the gym or a class every day, could just be a 10-15 min floor workout, for me the best workout it’s whatever you can stick to.
I stopped working out recently but thanks to you im feeling motivated to start again

I was looking forward to this video so much. I've been able to go back to the gym to mainly do cardio at the moment because I was injured at the beginning of the year by a distracted driver. Before being in the accident I was going to the gym 3-4 times a week. I'm looking forward to going back and getting stronger so I can keep growing and getting better. Love the gym videos and inspiration to keep us all accountable! ❤️❤️

I personally can’t go to the gym (I don’t have the money or the time ) but I do love home workouts so I would love to try a routine like this but with home workouts! I do dance 3 times a week so I stay pretty active but it’s nice to implement home workouts into my weekly routine. Can’t wait to hear your gym playlist!❤❤❤

random question but how often do you update your workout playlist?
I've been on a fitness journey for years but I just restarted unintentionally after losing a loved one. I went for a walk one day to clear my mind and ended up walking for an hour and a half that day. Since that day I've made it a challenge to walk an hour total daily. It's been a month and I've lost 12 pounds. I prefer home workouts but this video has encouraged me to add some exercises with my dumbbells and kettlebell. Also, we need a fashion haul of your workout fits! They look so cozy and comfortable!

I am currently on a workout journey and have almost completed my beginner phase. However, I am taking a two-week break. During this break, I am still engaging in some physical activities such as playing basketball and using the jump rope. Despite this, I have been feeling a bit demotivated and tired lately. Additionally, I have experienced some episodes of sadness that I cannot explain. Watching your fitness & productive videos has been very helpful to me, and I look forward to your next upload.
