MK7 GTI (STH) Autocross - Fastest Run 69.5s- PCA Potomac at Summit Point Potomac Pad 09 June 2024

We are back in business with a new (well lightly used) replacement IS20 turbo. I thought the PCA Potomac course two weeks ago was twisty and complicated but todays course somehow managed to top that. A lot of people just struggled to stay on course. The car felt really well balanced at most times. Only 4 runs today and managed another top 10 Raw time with a 69.5XX second lap on my last run, making me the third fastest non-Porsche.

Very interesting course. Was this tricky to read or hard to remember where to go?

This was a very controversial course. There were more DNFs than I've ever seen at an autocross. For me I'm pretty good at visualizing the course before I run so I never had problems and it helped that I worked before I ran.

did the new turbo fix the blow by issue you had?

Blowby issue was fixed by the mk8 pcv install
